Bem localizado (Lake Buena Vista), somente 5 minutos da Disney Springs. Fica em uma avenida com bastante opções de comida. Olive Gardens, Denny's, churrascarias até McDonald e Taco Bell. O café da manhã é muito bem servido; tem cereais, leite, sucos, vários tipos de pães, frutas, iogurte e o café éuma delícia, além disso os funcionários do restaurante são bem gentis. Não dei 5 estrelas por causa da limpeza, algumas toalhas vieram com cabelos enrolados e os copos que usamos (café e suco) não foram trocados algumas vezes. Ficaria novamente.

Hotel excelente, quartos grandes limpos, camas boas e grandes, banheiros novos limpos e ótimo. Apenas o chuveiro poderia ter uma vazão da água maior. Sem cheiro de cigarro que é ótimo. Café da manhã super bem servido com diversas opções. Perto dos parques e locais de compra. Fácil acesso e ao lado de diversos ótimos restaurantes.

Para um hotel 3 estrelas, foi uma grata surpresa. O quarto é muito confortável, o café da manhã é bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é o ponto alto. São extremamente acolhedores, atenciosos e prestativos. Bom, quanto à localização, sem comentários... perto de tudo!

Unfriendly, nickel and dining hotel.Haven’t stayed at a Hyatt Place in a while and thought I’d give them another try.Forgot why I stopped staying until I tried to check-in and was unceremoniously told check-in earlier than 3PM will require an extra charge, even for World of Hyatt Members!Then, the front desk agent enjoyed pointing out that since I made my reservation on a third-party site (much cheaper than Hyatt.com) that I wasn’t entitled to any benefits.Thanks for making me feel so unwelcome.The only reason the hotel gets a star is because of its location and the hotel’s hard product (the rooms).If I had the option to cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else I would have done so, but I prepaid and cancellation wasn’t an option.Instead, I’m forced to wait several hours before I can go to my room and leave my bags.Instead of enjoying the parks (the reason most everyone stays in this area), I’m stuck thinking about how to make up for this lost time and how the start of my vacation has been ruined by this Hyatt Place.

Perfect place if you are in Orlando to visit the parks. The room was huge with a nice living room area and two queen beds. Fridge, complimentary coffee and a safe. Clean. Complimentary hot breakfast . Chris at the front desk was a gracious host, friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely will be back.

The facility was pretty clean, breakfast was good with fair variety.The location is good for Disney attractions especially.Don't expect to use the hot tub, I was told that it has been broken for 2 years, this also means that the pool is frigid.

I’m very surprised this place has any good reviews recently. Checked in, they tried to charged me for a top floor even though the whole place is empty. Got to the room and well… look at the pictures. Changed rooms 2 times. They both smelled … It’s beyond unacceptable.

We stay over the thanksgiving holiday. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and room was clean. This is our second time booking a room at this location and both stats were equally great. Thank you 😊

The staff here are super nice and accommodating. Our room was always fresh and well prepared. The breakfast was really nice and there were way more options than I expected. The elevators were really slow, so we took the stairs a lot. That was perfectly fine with us. This hotel is within walking distance to Disney Springs (20-30 min). Our safe didn't work and the place can use a bit of a reno. But nothing extreme, just a paint job. The doors and walls are not super well insulated so you'll hear your neighbors. But, you'll pay a lot less here than at a Disney Resort so it's a great alternative. I recommend!

We had a great time here. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. We spent the day at Epcot and then came to this hotel. It was very easy to find and close to Epcot. We will definitely be back.

I have lodged in some Hyatt place and had no complain. I rate this place good because their staff are polite n service good but the fact that when I wake up in the middle of the night to study and/or to warm up a snack or get a cup of hot tea I have to leave the sixth floor all the way to the first floor lower level breakfast corner, just to use microwave sincethe hotel rooms don't have microwave is ridiculous. They charge up to $139 (if no discount)per night and the bed was giving me back ache . I had to check out the next day. Furnitures look old but okay. Some people will not care for the bed per preferences of hard and soft bed. But if I paid that much I expect a very good bed. If they can upgrade every other thing is fine.

Recomendado! Habitación y baño limpio, las camas y almohadas cómodas, no se escucha ruido del exterior en la habitación. El desayuno muy completo y rico. Se exige el uso de mascarilla.

Habitaciones ok amplias , no tomen en cuenta el desayuno muy deficiente aprovechando el cv19 para tener alta ocupación movimiento en lobby y no cumplir con un buen desayuno todos los dias lo mismo sin variedad , buena ubicación

Muy bien todo! No te cobran el estacionamiento, raro en la zona, no te cobran el servicio de resort que todos cobran, y haces uso de todo normalmente, además hay máquina de hielo en cada piso, y también cuarto de lavado con lavarropas y secarropas que trabaja con monedas, muy económico! Es un hotel nuevo, todo está espectacular, el desayuno es excelente, cuidado que son estrictos con el horario de corte del desayuno, 10 minutos antes empiezan a levantar todo. Tiene un Starbucks dentro que te salva. Está muy bien ubicado el hotel, hay de todo cerca! Muy recomendable! Volveremos al mismo hotel sin dudas!!!
