“DO NOT STAY HERE I paid in advance and had a reservation. They did not have an available room when I arrived. The manager told me I would have to find other accommodations. The hotel manager told me to call Expedia. The next day Expedia said the hotel manager refused to refund my payment. This hotel is overbooking rooms with expedia and then fraudulently running a scam to refuse refunds in hope that the customer will give up.”

“Pros Great location- Getsemani is the home to numerous bars, restaurants, and street art. 10 minutes from Old Town and San Felipe Castle. Air conditioning 24 hour bell desk Complimentary breakfast Staff is friendly Cons Complimentary breakfast- same choices, neither really good No hot water Only 4 rooms, non- suite rooms on the 1st floor have no windows WiFi is unreliable”
