“Pricey for 3 start old hotel, Its age shows everywhere and on everything, I did like the downtown location thought. We stayed one night, between 3-4am the next room guys was back from a party sounding loud and drunk, they continued to be loud talking and laughing for another 45 minutes,the walls seem to be made from paper, i heard everything and couldn't sleep until they fell asleep. in the morning we had made-to-order breakfast, nothing fancy or outstanding but a good deal for $5, the servers, as also the rest of the hotel stuff never smiled and was very business-like. after check-out the front desk kept our bags for few hours which was very helpful. We forgot a few important items in the room, when we got back home we phoned the hotel and they did found our stuff and was willing to hold it but refused to help boxing it and / or shipping it to us (for a pay) which is an inconvenience, we had a to call a favor from a miami friend that was willing to go to the hotel, pick up our stuff and ship it to us. I started by grading the hotel as a 3 star so was not surprised that its service didn't rise to a higher level but it would have been nice.”

“This review is not to be rude because i work for a hotel but the staff at this hotel were pretty rude and seemed as if they didn't want to be bothered. Our room wasn't as modern as we thought more old timey. On our 3rd day we didn't need a cleaning but some fresh towels and for our trash to be removed. After what seem like pulling teeth and going out and then coming back to the room "fresh towels" were thrown on the dresser and our trash cans were knocked over and the bags weren't properly placed. Due to feeling like we were unwanted we switched hotels. I can say the only good thing was being close to the bayside area.”
