“Rarely answers the phone, zero customer service. And NO sign outside the building. I walked in and no instructions on how to get in the building because it was locked and security guard not paying attention to let me in. Then after entering I asked a simple question to the security guard as t why no sign and he blows up on me telling me "Oh should we put up a sign JUST FOR YOU!" I said no, not for me, FOR ALL the customers. I asked the one receptionist for any advice for location of parking after arriving.from a 3.5 hours of driving and received no help. This is same reception that never answers the phone. I spent $187 for two and should have gone to a hotel. At least there you get proper service and a sign to guide you. No batteries in the remote and seems to be no batteries available.for.them to give me as I sit here and wait. I recommend if you can afford it, get a hotel.”
