Estadia agradável, o hotel é encantador, o quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Ótima localização. A maioria do trem 28 passa bem em frente ao hotel!

Tranquilo e próximo a locais a pé de restaurantes e locais importantes. Um grito para Ricardo na recepção por ser tão incrivelmente útil. E nem é preciso dizer - boutique super ótima e toque moderno + ótimo café da manhã.

Nossa impressão geral: ok. Média.O local: muito bem localizado e agradável.Serviço: Tirando as primeiras boas-vindas e os donos "super-amigáveis", o serviço não está muito presente. Alguns funcionários parecem muito infelizes, arrastando os pés, não adquirindo um sorriso, virando as costas e não dizendo olá na hora do café da manhã.O café da manhã, que foi incluído para nós, também era médio, básico. Perguntamos várias vezes aos funcionários se tinham alguma opção de leite vegetal (em português e inglês) mas não pareciam entender, mostraram-nos o leite deitado ao lado do café, apenas para encontrar um tijolo. Portanto, se alguma vez, você saberá que eles o têm na cozinha. No dia seguinte pegamos o nosso. Se quiser um cappuccino da máquina, peça também diretamente, pois não será oferecido. Em uma jarra: café, leite quente / frio, água quente, sucos doces. Pão, manteiga, geleia. Ovos mexidos, queijo, fiambre. Cereais doces. Iogurte. Frutas.Os quartos: conforme descrito em vários comentários, os lugares já viveram. Pisos e paredes sujos. No primeiro dia, uma empresa veio limpar o chão - guardamos todas as nossas coisas. Todas as bebidas, incluindo água, são cobradas. Sem chaleiras ou outras instalações. Os quartos do terceiro andar são pequenos. Vis à vis. Paredes finas. Mas a pequena varanda vale ouro e é muito apreciável. Informações: Não há elevador.Não sabemos se iremos voltar a estes locais porque pelo mesmo preço, na mesma zona, podem estar disponíveis apartamentos espaçosos totalmente equipados com cozinha / máquina de lavar roupa, (com saquinhos de chá grátis!). E muitos cafés oferecem ótimos brunches ao redor.Obrigado pela experiencia

Be careful when you book a non refundable night and your flight has been canceled. It unfortunately happens sometimes and as you're not responsable of it, you normaly can get the cancelation accepted by the hôtel. With them you can't, and they have à dishonest behaviour telling you that you did the cancelation the day after the night which is totaly untrue, they received the information straight away.I therefore only rate what I got, a terrible commercial service.

Espero que ninguém viva o pesadelo que estou vivendo com este lugar. Tive uma urgência e ninguém responde aos emails. Eles atendem o telefone, prometem um feedback tanto no telefone quanto no e-mail e nada. Desde a minha última ligação, eles prometem ligar de volta, não o fizeram. Estou ligando de volta e eles não atendem. Ligou 20 vezes e deixou mensagens no correio de voz. Eles perderam uma entrega que eu deveria receber lá e não posso explicar como. Mais ainda, quando eu estava tentando organizá-lo (eu poderia ter feito diferente sem nenhum problema, estava apenas pedindo um serviço simples) eles não deram nenhum feedback. A atitude é realmente extremamente pouco profissional. Já viajei o mundo em qualquer tipo de hotel e estou realmente chocado.

Quite disappointing stay - def not a 4* hotel - reviews are misleadingOne hour prior arrival our booking was changed from the Living House to the Gallery House w/o any details or apologies. When we arrived staff (gray-haired female manager) asked us to wait 30mins as they were busy with admin tasks from the morning. Not normal for a 4* hotel.The manager was extremely rude, did not offer any apologies and highlighted the change of booking was due to covid (not clear though why we were only informed one hour prior arrival/after deadline of free cancellation). We were told by the manager either we’d take the room or “go somewhere else”.Furthermore, staff did not check vaccination certificates upon arrival.Rooms were not well cleaned and leftovers from previous visitors in the drawers. Rooms could benefit from a makeover. Carpets had stains and walls crumble offAC didn’t work in the night and the WiFi worked only sporadically.

This place is a complete mess In terms of service. Will never book again an i strongly advise not to chose this place. Don’t hesitate to write me for more information. I hope nobody lives the nightmare I am living with this place. I had an urgency and nobody replies to the emails. They answer the phone, promise a feedback both on phone and email and nothing. Since my last call they promise to call back, didn’t. I am calling back and they do not answer. Have called 20 times and left messages in the voicemail. They loss a delivery I was meant to receive there and can’t explain how. More over when I was trying to organise it (I could have handled it differently without any issue, was just asking for a simple service) they did not give any feedback. The attitude is really extremely unprofessional. I have travelled the world in any kind of hotel and I am actually shocked.

The hotel’s best feature is its location. Staff is also very friendly and the rooms clean. Beware if you stay in one of the rooms that have direct view access to the trams outside - they are VERY loud and start running early in the morning so you’ll hear them from your bedroom.The breakfast could also be improved, specially the scrambled eggs which were quite bland.

Excelentes atenciones y habitaciones. Sólo que necesita un ascensor, un restaurante, y mejorar la consteucción de la escalera hacia las habitaciones, y alfombrarla. Es realmente un buen hotel de 3 estrellas.

Muy atentos y amables. El desayuno no tiene un gran bufete, pero lo que tiene es suficiente y de gran calidad. Te invitan a un buen vino (u otra cosa) cuando llegas. No tiene ascensor, pero aun asi lo recomiendo.
