Comfortable and very close to pubblic transportation

Service was so great! They really went above and beyond to make sure I knew where to go and what to do while in Buenos Aires. Sadly, the hotel has a problem with tiny roaches that can be seen everywhere. I was working on my laptop and there they were. Getting out of the shower, there they were.... Overall cleanliness wasn’t great. The location is great though, Belgrano is a beautiful neighbourhood and there are plenty of good choices for eating and drinking. Amenities are dated, you can tell the rooms has looked the same for ages, but to be fair, it is really cheap and there is tons of space. If they get rid of the insects I would definitely go back.

Terrible experience. I give one star just because it is not possible to rate zero. The hotel maybe WAS 4-star many years ago. In fact, the room is large, but with scarce and old furniture. The air conditionner was broken, the bed was small, there was no acoustic isolation (you can hear anything from the corridor and the neighbors). The service was bad, one day I was without towel in my room, and I had to ask three times and wait for two hours to get one. The bathroom was large, with two sinks and a tub, but very old and pending for repair. When the shower was used, all the floor got wet. The gim (shown in the hotel website) simply does not exist. The breakfast maybe was the worst point, with few options, cheap food and dirty dishes. The only positive points about this hotel were the location and the price (but it does not worth what it costs).

Room is bare, internet is non-existent. Good breakfast ... But if you REALLY need to be connected this place is a no-no

Miserable Service, they used my credit card without my authorization and without informing me, the management is corrupted. DIrty, noisy rooms, very old equipment (the noise of the AC won't allow you to sleep). The management is ineffective and disrespectful (I asked to arrange a defect in the toilet on December 29 because it was losing water, producing noise and finally became an overflowing affecting the whole room. The miserable and disrespectful management took 6 days in fixing it. Also there was an electrical shortcut in one of the lights and it took them 6 days to arrange it. The employees are mistreated by the management and 2 of them resigned during my stay at this fake and decadent hotel.
