Great staff. Very attentive. I've stayed at quite a few different hotels in NYC at various price points. There was a sincerity to the service that is just not available everywhere. Affordable. Good room size. Quiet and peaceful. Will return.

Front desk staff was very sweet and kind. They gave us a great room with a wonderful view. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating to my family by quickly bringing up a play pen for our infant son. This place is also very affordable. The front desk recommended a fabulous place for us to go to dinner. The place is called Gu and it is a Japanese restaurant conveniently located a short walk to the hotel. We really appreciated them considering we were traveling with a baby. In the morning they gave us simple directions to get to the 9/11 museum. One other thing I’d like to note is that the security guards in the front immediately took action when people were smoking marijuana on the same block the hotel was on. You could smell it coming into the lobby and it was nice to see the staff take it seriously. Me, my husband and our son came down to the city for my birthday only to hangout for the evening but after hours of walking around we were tired and we found the Couryard by the Marriott on google. This hotel made my birthday such a memorable day. I would encourage anyone who is looking for an affordable and clean place, to stay here.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years. And recently I’ve been staying for a few days a week during COVID. I’m so impressed with the level of service. The people who manage and work at this location go above and beyond to support their guests. They are compassionate and accommodating. The rooms are impeccably clean. The mask rules and elevator rules are clear and adhered to. I felt very safe at this hotel. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you again to the management and the staff for making my stay so smooth. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

We had a great time staying at this hotel, they had a great cleaning service. I called room service some times and they came in time and very friendly. Carpet and bathroom were very clean and that gives a good look to the hotel. It was very central and they have amazing views. I’ll recommend this place to everyone and I’ll come back again to my next visit to NYC!

Everything was great! From the views (love the City view) to the cleanliness of the room. A great experience all around. Side note- they are NOT offering Valet Parking as described.

We had a great weekend staycation at the hotel. The front desk was generous about upgrading for Elite members. The room is spotless although a bit dated. In front of the main entrance there are E and M lines and more (4/5/6) nearby. There are an array of restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Also close enough to the Central Park and the shopping area on the Park and Madison Ave. I can see our family coming back for another staycation.

La atencion de la gente dentro del hotel es muy mala, los trabajadores del front desk tratan muy mal a a la gente, te hablan de mala manera, no te quieren ayudar nisiquiera a darte papel toale, atencion y servicio pesimo, no recomiendo a nadie de ninguna nacionalidad que se quede en este hotel nisiquiera a los mismos new yorkinos 😠😠😠😠

La verdad es que esperaba mucho más para un hotel de su categoría pase frío los días que estuve en la habitación en las grandesventanas había charcos de agua por la mañana y en un lado de la ventana que daba a otra habitación había puesto moqueta mal puesta una cutrez las almohadas muy incómodas me levantaba todos los días con dolor de cuello aparte del textil de cama que era insuficiente pedí una manta y era como una sabana de fina y rasposa casi era mejor no tocarla la calefacción por llamarlo de alguna manera el primer día no funcionó vuelvo a repetir para un hotel de su categoría y la cadena que es muy decepcionada, llegamos por la noche tarde por que se retraso el vuelo y no había nadie que hablará español pero bueno e estado en hoteles de menos estrellas que están muchísimo mejor.
