“*WARNING ! Stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy Paris . Worst reception ( rude and racist) , very noisy room. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days . When we came for check-in. We came before 3 PM and they told us it is not the time for check in . We waited in the main lobby and we saw a people ( whites) come for check in with same number as we but they immediately gave them their rooms with big smile. It was wired . However, we can not complain because check in time in the website is 3 P.M . We told them that we are very tired and we need our room as soon as possible but no one care and they kept telling us that if check in before 3 they will give us “ not that good” room. So we waited for our “fantastic “ room we waited until 3:30 P. and guess what ?! No room !!! That room is not ready . I got really mad and they gave us a “ look” like why you are even mad ? The manger ( i guess) came and did some calls and literally throw the key on us and not even apologize. They did not told us about the breakfast neither the wifi ( although our booking includes the breakfast) . When we came to the room, It has a horrible smoke smell ( although it was non smoker room ) I could not tolerate it. However, we call and complain they changed the room. I sent an email to them complaining about what happen but no-one answer .( it has been month since i send the email) It seems the owners do not care about customer satisfaction. Our room was in the second floor . The decorations was beautiful. However, We can hear everyone walking outside as well as the street . It can be so noisy. However, the breakfast and location was good. The staff in the concierge were friendly. So keep in mild if you send an email to this hotel no-one will answer you and your complain will not be taken in consideration”

“This hotel is ridiculous. Will be asking for my money back from Amex. The rooms don’t get cleaned and the elevator doesn’t work. Place is crowded and there’s only a 4 people elevator (only fits 2 in real life) that works and it takes forever to go up. Rooms are dated and ugly. Bed and mattress are disgusting. Location is not as good if you’re visiting touristic spots. I don’t recommend this place, spend your money somewhere else this sucks! AC NEVER WORKED. All the furniture looked so bad it was disgusting. Showers are a joke my 6ft + tall husband couldn’t even shower. Staff was awful honestly worst staff we’ve experienced, never said good morning or good bye even when we checked out. Worst hotel”
