“Não fui informado na ocasião da reserva de que haveria uma reforma bem na semana que estou aqui. Um barulho a partir das 8h da manhã que não deixa nem conversar no quarto. Pedi uma balança para pesar as malas e pelo Telefone foi muito grosseiro, " we don't have scale"... nem consegui perguntar se não havia uma balança para pessoas mesmo...”

“Location is great. Very close to all sorts of attractions. The room is sufficient. The staff are not friendly at all. Also consider your parking options, I had to find a parking garage down the street at $25/day. This is my first time in Chicago in since the early 90’s”
