Great hotel very central location would stay again next time im in Barcelona

I chose this hotel because of their lap pool on the roof and close proximity to lots in BCN! It is not an inexpensive hotel. I was robbed within 1 hour of checking into the hotel, about 50’ from the front door! Let me tell you, not one person at the hotel alerted me to the dangers on the streets especially in front of this hotel! After I was robbed I made it back to the front desk and they offered me the use of their phone! I stupidly agreed to use it, as I was grossly overcharged for the use when I checked out! I used the phone only to turn off certain private internet items!

Super friendly and service minded staff. The hotel is located in the very central and is just a walking distance away from the museums, art collections and some great restaurants. Love love love their interior, such a chic hotel.

This hotel was just okay for us. It’s in a nice location. The rooms are acceptable, but nothing special. The room sound proofing isn’t great, because you can hear most noises from the street below. Unlike other reviewers, we didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful. However, in fairness they did warn us to stay off the streets at night due to the protests and riots.
