“As you know, the US has limited travel to EU countries including Paris. I have a non-refundable booking with this company, and they are unwilling to work with me. Yes, I understand that they are a small business, but their communication has been poor, and other hotels have been much more accommodating of their cancellation policies. I would say buyer beware of this company.”
