“The concierges were very accommodating and friendly - all of them spoke decent English. The apartment was clean, cold, and the shower was almost luxury style. I never got to see the pool but they had a washing machine and dryer and a public patio layout. The location was awesome cause it was near plaza Espana and there were a lot of nice breakfast stores within walking distance. But really what made the difference was the hospitality of the front desk - the two Spanish guys were very nice and helpful and went out of their way.”

“Aside from the fact that hotel is not able to communicate in a professional matter, or not being able to take into account any customer's requests, the room we had during our stay was barely cleaned, a terrible smell was present the whole time and the air conditioning is outdated and very noisy. It is also worth noting that the beds are not comfortable, the walls are pretty thin so it can get noisy in case you are a light sleeper. Overall it does not have a good value at all according to the price they charge. And please avoid making assumptions and try to take customer's feedback into account to improve.”

Aside from the fact that hotel is not able to communicate in a professional matter, or not being able to take into account any customer's requests, the room we had during our stay was barely cleaned, a terrible smell was present the whole time and the air conditioning is outdated and very noisy. It is also worth noting that the beds are not comfortable, the walls are pretty thin so it can get noisy in case you are a light sleeper. Overall it does not have a good value at all according to the price they charge. And please avoid making assumptions and try to take customer's feedback into account to improve.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very dedicated. There was only one disadvantage: the gym is only open between 9am and 9pm.

Be aware that about 50% of the rooms in this hotel are below or on street level. It makes you feel as if cars and people drive through your bedroom. Furthermore there is no direct daylight for these rooms as they are behind some sort of screen to shield the rooms from the street or are in the basement (see pictures). Also worth mentioning that the beds are rock hard, towels stained, staff didn’t pay too much attention on the cleaning beyond mopping the floor and the AC blows a nice breeze of mold through the air. We booked this place due to its close proximity to the exhibition center and the nice terrace advertised. Unfortunately our room and terrace was below street level and the noise from the street was intolerable. Management was “nice enough” to give us a different, much smaller room without a balcony or terrace. We were offered to get a room with balcony next day but had to turn it down due to heavy smokers staying in the room before. Not surprising as the people staying at the hotel weren’t very considerate with other guests. Highlight was getting farted at by some folks in the hotel lobby. But the real cherry on top of the cake during our visit was a water leakage in the bathroom from the apartment above the hotel. Eventually we got a 25% discount for 2/3 nights. Nice gesture but the place is a s… hole.

Had a pleasant time! The room was comfortable and they are cleaned every day. There is a mini kitchen that is very handy if you are spending a few days and do not want to go out for food all the time. The pool upstairs is a great bonus specially with a nice weather during summertime. Located around 10 minutes walking from metro station that connects to all main tourist attractions Good value of money
