Hotel de 4 estrelas, situado perto do campo de golfe do Jamor. O hotel tem um bar, um restaurante, vários quartos, Wi-Fi, uma sala de descanso na entrada, wc e uma esplanada. Tem vista sobre o campo de golfe. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Nos arredores situam-se variados pólos para atividades desportivas, pavilhão, campo de golfe, estádio de futebol, pistas de atletismo, piscinas, restaurantes, etc.

Facilities a bit aged, but sweet spot with good views and amenities for a decent price. Mostly suited for local folks, people that want to enjoy the proximity to the sports complexes in Parque Jamor or people looking traveling that want to stay out of Lisbons traffic.

Hotel obsoleto y cutre, edificio mal pensado, situado en un nudo de autopistas con vista muy lejanas al mar. Desayuno imposible de asimilar. Personal maleducado. Me dieron la habitación 103 sabiendo que habían alquilado el salón del desayuno para celebrar una fiesta. Cuando me quejo me dicen que es hasta media noche. El hotel esta medio vacío y sin embargo no me ofrecen otra habitación, así que la única forma de quejarse es esta. No lo recomiendo. No volveré jamás.

Buffet muy pobre y poco variado, escasa selección de bebidas, desayuno correcto, la habitación y el baño necesitan una reforma (mal estado de estas instalaciones, prefiero no detallar como lo encontramos). Buen trato del personal pero con falta de experiencia.

Las habitaciones son correctas pero la limpieza regular, debajo de la cama había suciedad y las sábanas tenían manchitas. Las toallas de la piscina rotas y con el color desgastado, y las sombrillas, de 3 que había 2 estaban rotas. Lo peor es la ineficiencia de los camareros y la cocina a la hora de servirte la comida o la cena. Además de cerrar muy pronto, si vas con la hora justa no saben ni la comida que les queda. Para servirnos una ensalada y un plato de pasta tardaron casi 1 hora en traernoslo y encima se olvidaron de la ensalada, y sólo estábamos cenando nosotros 2 y otra pareja, que para colmo llegó después que nosotros y los sirvieron antes. Pésimo la verdad

Hotel con habitaciones espaciosas. Necesita una reforma, pero es limpio yacogedor. Muy buenas vistas, aunque con autopista por en medio. Para evitar ruido, mejor coger habitación con vistas a montaña. Personal muy agradable. Precio económico. Recomendable para una corta estancia. Está lejos del centro, hay que coger Ubers pero son baratos, unos 12€ hasta la Plaza del Comercio.

It's more like a 3 star hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has Iimited menu. Not great. Breakfast buffet is continental, great and good value. They will bring the breakfast to one's room if necessary. Closes at 10.30 am. Wheelchair and people with most types of physical disabilities will find the hotel friendly. Some road noise in rooms facing the pool but if A/C fan is on a low setting then it's okay! Guests start moving around 06.30 am. Parking no problem. If one needs to be near the entrance then ask at the reception to be allowed to park in front of the hotel. Not easy for people without their own transport.

Stuff: very unfriendly and not solution oriented. If anything should have been solved, they never could propose a solution by themselves, obły my creativity helped mi to survive there 2 weeks.Amenities: only 4 hangers in the room, no kettle, no water, no bin, poor breakfast and most of the things proposed can have few days already. Cockroach in the breakfast area.Swimming pool-you will just afraid to go there. I also had my own lemon, one day I came and it was disappeared!Hotel: very old, not cozy at all. Absolutely it’s not 4 stars, I would not even give 1 star for it. Elevator was broken few days, hairdryer also came to her end in my room. Double bed is to small for double. No view, no balcony.

Excelente hotel calidad precio cómodo y tiene todos los servicios q merece un buen descanso. Desayuno muy variado. Y zumo natural. Lo recomiendo eso si hay q disponer de coche no está muy céntrico más bien retirado.

our room was a bit confusing to find because we literally was staying in floor -1.. below ground. but not to worry because the place is built on sloping terrain. so even if you were below ground floor, you still have good views.
