“This hotel is a jock. We booked 3 nights and because of the covid 19 we haven't had the chance to manage our trip. They refused to reschedule our reservation and they kept the money without any compensation. Please avoid this hotel who is not honest with their customers.”

“Two things i like about this "B&B" the location and kind staff. Thats it. Rooms are old. I booked a suite and was dissapointed. It was a somewhat larger room in an apartment. Breakfast was hardly a breakfast and they would forget to put it in time or replenish it. Elevator was old so only 2 people could go in at a time. So we had to go up in shifts or walk 5 floors up. No bathroom amneties so bring your own shampoo and body wash. They had something which caused us to itch, not sute what it was. If you are not picky about where you sleep and are only interested in Rome touring, itll do. But if you are looking for a fancier place then look elsewhere. I personally was dissapointed cause wasnt clear it was a guesthouse ( or maybe i misunderstood) but will not stay there again.”
