If you are searching for a place near historical part of Rome! I really recommend this place, it is near pantheon (20 seconds). There are something that you should consider them too!! First of all, It was written bed & breakfast when I booked it. but when i did check in they said due too Pandemic they do not NOT provide breakfast anymore!!! And you can not use the kitchen!! Secondly, My phone operator is Vodafone, In my room I hardly had internet from my phone/ hardly phone signal!!!! And their WiFi was super super SLOW!!! There was no window in my room and no view towards street in general. I should mention that their staff were very friendly and helpful though. In total i just wanted to give you an overall of my experience staying there and I should admit that it was nice experience staying there! Have a very nice stay here

Very very bad experience. Firstly our booking was not correctly administrated, we had to wait for 30 minutes for all changes. Worst off all we found in the next morning that our room was full of bed bugs 😫😫😫, in all our luggage and blanket full of blood stains. They say breakfast is free, but you have to pay 5 Euros per person. It's very noisy environment all night long.

Great location just behind the Pantheon and near to all facilities and restaurants.Good breakfast, little room but clean. A little noisy caus' the bed and breakfast is near to a restaurant, but it's a great location from where moving all around Rome!

Friendly staff but room with strong cigarette smell. For some reason the light doesn't go completely off so you need to sleep with a bit of light in your eyes. Noisy, you hear everything from other rooms. Shower temperature goes hot and cold and doesn't get stable. Breakfast is ok. Location is great but I think you can get a better deal for similar price.

Plenty of places to eat/ drink around Friendly check in/cleaning staff Neutral: Beds are small, rooms are basic with no tea/coffee making facilities Lots of big keys to carry around to get in Basic breakfast Patchy WiFi Negatives: No hot water most of the time As the courtyard is shared with several restaurants it is noisy in the evenings/early morning when they are throwing their bottles into the bins/getting rid of rubbish Hard to find as it is in an anonymous side door Bins are not emptied If you do not arrive at the time you specify on the check in ( we did arrive on time) no one Will be there the check you in so you will have to try calling the number listed which is rarely picked up. No window/natural light.

Avoid this place! Rooms whitout window, very old funiture, I did not know that such horrible "B&B" still exist in Rome! And of course no breakfast... so easy as explanation: "... you know...
