“Waited 20 minutes behind some amateur traveler who didn’t have a reservation and then when I came up they didn’t have the room ready. I can understand if I was checking in before the standard check time but when you are checking in at 1845 you shouldn’t have to wait for your room. To top that off I had some random guest waking by telling me they are trying their best and saying I had a bad attitude. I told the front desk agent to keep the room I am going elsewhere to stay the night. This place is posing as 3 star hotel like a Courtyard but has the attitude and clientele of a Motel 6. You are much better off staying at the Wyndham Ramada next door. Esperei 20 minutos atrás de algum viajante amador que não tinha reserva e quando cheguei eles não tinham o quarto pronto. Posso entender se fiz o check-in antes do horário padrão do check-in, mas quando você estiver fazendo o check-in às 1845, não precisará esperar pelo seu quarto. Para completar, tive alguns convidados aleatórios acordando me dizendo que estão tentando o seu melhor e dizendo que eu tive uma atitude ruim. Eu disse ao agente da recepção para manter o quarto estou indo para outro lugar para passar a noite. Este lugar está posando como hotel 3 estrelas como um pátio, mas tem a atitude e clientela de um Motel 6. Você é muito melhor ficar no Wyndham Ramada ao lado.”

“Hotel looks nice from the outside, never got to see my room. Our flight landed at 11pm. Check in ends at 2 am. We have been sitting here ringing the check in phone (I guess they don’t believe in physical interaction) and it looks like we will be spending the night in the lobby since nobody wants to answer (: I would rate ZERO stars if possible. Would NOT recommend O hotel parece bom por fora, nunca consegui ver meu quarto. Nosso voo pousou às 23h. O check-in termina às 2h.
