“Beautiful hotel! We attended a wedding here and the courtyard was fabulous for cocktail hour. I highly recommend the espresso martinis!”
— Kelly Seibler
“Very disappointing :/ I was celebrating my birthday and didn’t receive any acknowledgment of the occasion at all - not even a single greeting from any of the employees during my stay. I made a note on my reservation and spoke extensively with the butler service before my stay to let them know it was my birthday and that I wanted it to be special. It seriously just felt like no one cared. When my guest left she asked the front desk to send up a birthday amenity that I never received. When I let the front desk know that I never got what they said would be a box of chocolates, they offered no solution at all and looked at me like I was crazy. It’s a nice hotel, but they definitely don’t pay as close attention to details to make your celebratory stay more personalized. I felt like the employees were perpetually annoyed with me even though I was gracious and patient the entire time. This property is probably more appropriate for a business trip or something non-celebratory. The rooms are spacious and the location is convenient. Gerrado at the front desk didn’t even say goodbye to me when I checked out. I said bye and it was followed by complete silence - wow! Feels like I’ve been ripped off - didn’t get my money’s worth for a weekend I had been looking forward to for weeks. Will stay elsewhere next time. Two stars because my stay at the St. Regis was just okay. Didn’t feel tailored to what I was there for.”
