“What an awful resort. When checking in this evening at 10:00pm, the lady at the receptionist already gave us attitude about a free room charge upgrade. (We just asked because we have the American Express Platinum card and this hotel is “fine resorts and hotels”) Anyways, we get to our room which is on the 7th floor and it’s viewing the parking lot... there is hair in the toilet room on the floor as well as the bathtub! Dirty bed sheets, makeup stains all over the glass and mirrors in the the room plus the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed. I took pictures of everything RIGHT upon arriving. So Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, what do you suggest me doing? I flew here with two small kids, 9 hours in an airplane and we are staying for a week. This is disgusting”

“Spa website did not state that they were open for services, but that the "service" portion, as far as the bonus amenities (steam / pools / relaxation area...) were closed. Covid. You guessed it. I would never have booked for a $105 pedicure for simply that. You go there for the overall treatment and service that you expect when used to doing business with The Ritz prior to covid. Bought product that ended up being opened before me, got home out of state. Stuck with it. Not offered the specials upon arrival, after booking online and not seeing them there either, just asked to if I wanted to book additional service. No thank you. I would have cancelled and walked out. But I know it hurts the technician more. This was a miss. Not what I've come to know from other locations. Was scoping out location for my next holiday, in December. Will not be considering this location at this time. Just a bit of disappointment. If we charge premium pricing, deliver premium service. Tech was great.”
