“Me and my family stayed at Sunscape for a wedding. It was my first time staying at an All inclusive hotel and paid for the Ocean View suit room and I I think everything was great, however, I experienced 2 unfortunate situation. 1. the day if the wedding I had a situation with the hotel wedding planner, she lied about something that apparently was damaged and later on she changed the story... made me so sad because this was a gift I made for for the newlyweds. 2. I forgot a pair of shoes/wedges at the hotel (which I wore during the wedding) and was hoping my sister will bring those back with her (she left a few days after I did) but “apparently” the people at the hotel never found them... so I don’t know what to think after my first instance with them... did they lie about my shoes as well??? All hotel staff were great but due to this 2 things I don’t think I will be back to this hotel in the future :/”
