Basic buffet breakfast that was good. Offered ice water in the lobby all night and had a small pantry with items for purchase. Pool was a nice. Everything was clean, well maintained, all employees were pleasant. Our room was very nice, comfy bed. Liked the doors closed the room off so I could stay up to watch TV while the other person slept. Close to airport. Would stay again.

Housekeeping only once a week. Poorly maintained: water damaged bathroom door and walls, door hinges were missing. Charges $10 for parking which is outrageous for the area. They were doing some paintings in the hallway while there were still many guests using the very hallway. Breakfast is less than average with low quality items. The rate is astronomical for the quality and service they provide in the area which leaves lots to be desired. Overall not a great experience, would certainly avoid next time.

We asked for and were assigned a room with an accessible shower. The room was amply sized, the bathroom was great and the morning breakfast buffet was okay. It was a relatively long walk for a gimp like me to get from the parking lot to the room but everything else was terrific. Our room had a nice kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster, a small refrigerator and a small cooktop. It was very quiet and the view was nice.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. I checked in and not only was my comforter stained, but after taking a shower for the first time, 2 out of 3 towels i grabbed had balls of hair in them. The first towel I grabbed had a ball of black hair and a long, single gray/white hair. DISGUSTING. I called down, and the girl at the front desk (Lily) not only did not apologize, she told me that they'll make an exception to have house keeping come clean my room. They aren't cleaning rooms for 3 night stays during your stay. I was appalled! How are you going to gaslight me into feeling bad about housekeeping cleaning the room I just checked into that's vile?? I left a message for the manager of housekeeping. NEVER HEARD BACK. I checked out a week ago, and he still never called me. I ran into an assistant manager in the lobby, Jose, and told him everything. He apologized and gave me his card. He also asked what room I'm in. So I thought he was going to do something nice for me, like give me some points since I'm an IHG member. He didn't. I went ahead and emailed him after I checked out to follow up, and he never responded to my email. Don't stay at this hotel. Especially during a pandemic, but even not, this place is incredibly dirty with very bad customer service. Oh, and they didn't have a/c in the hallways so the hallways were so musty, swampy, and smelly. So nasty. Also, the breakfast and evening social are inedible. Palm Springs has so many great hotels. This is one to avoid for sure. I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the pool and fire pit.

We stayed at this location last year and really enjoyed the hotel, so we decided to stay at the location again for this trip. Unfortunately, it was not the same experience and we were extremely disappointed this time around. As we were checking in, we informed the employee that we needed a pet friendly room which they were able to accommodate, but stated that the pet fee has now been raised to $125. This completely caught us off guard as the previous time we stayed, the pet fee was only $25. Having a pet fee that is over 50% of what the rate of the room itself is seems extremely outrageous. In addition, there is not a single mention of the pet fee or increase located on the website and when we went to sign for the room, they are still using the original pet fee form that states “$25” and not $125. When I raised this concern with the individual checking us in, they stated that they haven’t been given new forms with the new rate but that the price was increased due to the amount of time it takes to clean the rooms. I understand that pets can potentially add additional cleaning steps and time, but to increase the price 5x the original charge from last year while also not having any type of updated policy or sharing the information on your site seems completely inappropriate and is not a good experience for customers whatsoever. Having a standard pet fee along with an additional deposit for when rooms require additional cleaning would make much more sense. To add insult to injury, when we got into our room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk right away and they moved us to a new room which was better but had a slight smell of dog urine. If you’re going to charge an astronomical pet fee and claim that it’s due to the extra cleaning needed, I would expect the rooms to be free of strong odors. Very disappointing experience compared to our first visit at this location.

At first when driving into the hotel, it seemed odd to be located in a neighborhood-but turned out to be a bonus! It was a great quiet area with no traffic noise etc. Beautiful views of the golf...

We stayed here for 3 days. Had a great view of the mountains over the golf course in the mornings. Hotel was clean and parking was free. Ideal location for Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park...
