“Not very clean. Door was jammed shut and had to get assistance getting into the room every time. Towels smell like sour milk. Hot water only lasted a minute before switching to cold. Pool is closed but was advertised as open. Bed was uncomfortable. Toalhas cheiram a leite azedo.

“Lock on our room refused to work for the entire 5 night stay. Management insisted that it was because we had our key cards too close to cell phones. We both kept them in backpack from then on out and they did not work once. Every time we had to get in our room we would either go to the front desk or grab someone who was in the hallway. Pool was cold (maybe 65°), bathroom door and tile were chipped. The absolute low light was being unable to get into our room and management being totally content with it. I asked every time about the batteries on the lock as I am a security technician and I know what a dying battery on an automatic lock looks like. They simply insisted it was our cell phones and did not look into it any further.
