“Yeah, the pool is situated right next to the reception lobby which is pretty cool. And yes the water in the pool is not heated which is great for Singapore.
The downside was that the reception lady looked pretty but devoid of life and joy. She did mention we were getting an “upgrade” (don’t fall for it folks). I would hate to imagine the room if we didn’t get upgraded...
The place felt slightly old, there was a mini bar fridge which was not stocked but a mini bar menu was there, there was mold on the bathroom roof, and the bath drain tap needed good old yanking. but the amenities of the pool, sauna and gym as well as the location make up for the minor things.”

“Very well maintained and absolutely centrally located peninsula excelsior. I enjoyed my stay in the month of August when it was less crowded. Their service is too good and specially have to mention about the food. Good in cleanliness and hygiene. Huge place, they have 2 towers and both are well maintained.”
