“There are simply not enough star in this rating system for this hotel, it deserves more than 5. I hosted an event at the Park Hyatt and it could not have been a better choice. Location, atmosphere, decoration, view, service, friendliness, relevance, quality of food... Everything was just better than I expected. To top it off, we finished with drinks at their high floor bar, great drinks with a stunning view over Tokyo and a beautiful live jazz band. Thank you for everything Park Hyatt Tokyo!”

“Although the room felt a bit dated and stuffy, the overall experience was good. I stayed mostly inside the room occasionally going out to the gym, which had great views and was spacious. Room service was great, but I would appreciated it if they had more options especially from the restaurants. I gave it a 2 mainly because I was almost charged double if I didn't point out the rate rules of the package I booked. Apparently the staffs had a miscommunication or maybe they were not fully aware of the new package plan. I know mistakes happen but when it comes to money, these things should not happen especially at a 5 star hotel.”
