“كانت الإقامة في هذا الفندق ممتاز جدا سوف اذكر النقاط الإجابية والسلبية النقاط الإجابية الفندق نظيف جدا جدا تسجيل الدخول سريع جدا تقريب دقيقتين خدمة توصيل السيارة ممتازة و سريعين فيها الغرفة جميلة والاطلالة على حديقة مشرف المسبح ممتاز والعميق تقريب بطول الإنسان تستطيع توقف فيه الفرش جديد لكن اللحاف خفيف النظافة ممتازة جدا الافطار متوسط لكن يكفي بالغرض التلفاز به الكثير من القنوات قريب من المردف مول لكن تحتاج سيارة الفندق لازم سيارة له في نفس الموقع يوجد كوفي و مطاعم تغني عن استخدام السيارة الحمام فوق الممتاز الماء قوي وساخن المكيف بارد جدا يوجد مصلى رجال ونساء و سجادة داخل الفندق والغرف الموظفين طيبين و خدومين خاصة محمود وكذلك في الافطار يساعدوك في الطلبات الاكلالنقاط السلبية في الليل صوت مزعج مثل الموسيقى دخول الفندق من الخلف وجوجل ماب ما فيه تحديث لشارع الجديد خلف الفندق”

“I spent two weeks at the Millennium place Mirdif hotel visiting Dubai from the UK and I am beyond impressed with the hotel, facilities and particularly the fabulous staff members! Having stayed at a Hilton hotel for a conference just a week before in the UK this hotel is in another league in terms of service and facilities and should really be a 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean, good sized and there is access to a really good gym, sauna and steam room. There are shops, barbers and several eateries just across the road but the hotel itself also serves a great buffet breakfast and has several restaurants and a bar with a pool table. The main standout point however is the staff and their service were nothing seems to be too much trouble. Sari the sales director was fabulous and extremely helpful in helping me get the right configuration of room for my family and it’s definitely worth booking directly with the hotel. The breakfast staff were super kind with special mention to Sooraj who would ensure my son got his favourite spring rolls every morning and also to Kai who always has a smile on her face and even ensured food was brought up to the room when the kids wouldn’t get up for breakfast. There were many more great breakfast staff members including Anoop, the chef who makes fresh omelettes, and many others. The cleaning staff were also great led by Dipak and Susheel who would come and do a thorough clean daily with top of up water bottles and towels and with nothing being to much trouble. There is also a very friendly and helpful Sri Lankan staff member at the gym and poolside making our stay healthy and fun. Overall we had a great stay thanks to the very special staff members and we will definitely be coming back here again! Highly recommended!”
