“So I reserved and purchased one night at this hotel. The price for this hotel for one night was $70 which I believe to have been reasonable for a one night stay. When we got up to the hotel I checked in and went up to our room. I will say that I didn’t expect the room to be extravagant for $70 but the beds were very uncomfortable and very firm as well as all the furniture was scratched and damage. Which is not that big of a deal since we are only there to stay one night , we just needed a place to sleep but I felt like they should have maintain the rooms to a hire standard being so close to Disney and probably have a lot of traffic. But what I disliked the most is when I checked out the following morning they charged me $23 as a facility fee. When I asked what that meant the clerk had informed me of all the additional amenities that the hotel offered. But I told the clerk I didn’t use any of those amenities but the clerk said it doesn’t matter if you use them or not we charge everyone $23 for the amenities every night you stay which is ridiculous. I don’t think we should be charge for something just because you offer it regardless if we use it or not. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel again”

“This is such a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool. The pool is heated and right in the middle of it, there is a hot tub. It was sooooo relaxing.
I had a two bedroom suite. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. I like that it had a full kitchen and two bathrooms.
They have a restaurant and bar on site. The food is great.
The entire staff were warm and friendly. Especially Destiny, She made sure My stay was nothing but exceptional. Whenever I would pass by a worker they would greet me. That made me feel so welcomed.
I highly recommend this hotel.”
