Ha sido una experiencia fantástica! Tanto la atención excelente prestada por todo el equipo humano de los diferentes departamentos como las instalaciones impecables y la gastronomía deliciosa y sabrosa! Hacer mención a Kateryna que en recepción da una bienvenida y una gestión profesional y muy agradable. Marcelo de Dirección, Carlos del Oyster Bar, Iroel y Carlosdel restaurante que dan un servicio en sala impecable. Todo ello hace que la estancia en el hotel sea un lujo y cumple el objetivo de inolvidable y con ganas de repetir. Por supuesto volveremos!

Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. La habitación espectacular, diseño moderno pero muy acogedor. Con una terraza maravillosa, desde la que pudimos disfrutar de las vistas al mar y de una preciosa puesta de sol. Las vistas desde el baño al mar, son una maravilla. Un lujo poder ducharse viendo el mar. Todo el personal desde que llegas hasta que te vas, excelente, muy atentos. El Desayuno en el restaurante del hotel, perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda!

Nice e moderno hotel com uma vista maravilhosa da praia. À tarde, depois das 15h30, em Sitges, não há muitos lugares que ofereçam lanches com um lindo sol ao longo da praia. Mas este é um dos poucos.

Muito melhor do que esperávamos. O quarto espetacular, design moderno, mas muito aconchegante. Com um maravilhoso terraço, de onde pudemos apreciar a vista para o mar e um lindo pôr do sol. A vista do banheiro para o mar é maravilhosa. Um luxo poder tomar banho olhando o mar. Todos os funcionários desde a chegada até a saída, excelentes, muito atenciosos. Café da manhã no restaurante do hotel, perfeito. Vamos repetir sem dúvida!

Despite being part of a large chain, this hotel is very friendly, welcoming and homely. Breakfast (only meal we had) is a very wide range of fare for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice and modern hotel with a wonderful view of the beach. In the afternoon after 3:30pm in Sitges, there are not many places offer snacks with a lovely sunshine along the beach. But this is one of the few.

Estuve con mi hermana, hace más o menos tres semanas. Trato exquisito, personal muy atento y educados. Buen desayuno. El bar de la octava planta, excelente, buenas vistas, buena música. ¡Un 10 en todo!

Service on the chiringuito( beach bar) was just dreadful .. food quality was poor , waiters were just chatting and not serving the tables. We complained and the waiter could not give a toss… no apology, no empathy… This is highly disappointing considering that this is part of Melia’s hotel . Never again

We were at the terrace of the hotel and the view + the cocktails were the best. The Dj was really good and Carlos the camarero estaba muy amable.

Great hotel, big rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was exquisite, only the coffee could be better. Not a fan of capsules.

Perfect location, superb views. Accepts pets and cars. Nice looking rooms and suites but designed for extra Zen fans : lack af storing space and bathroom well equipped but with no privacy at all.

The hotel has beautiful facilities. The rooms are well appointed and a great size. The pool and gym are well maintained. Kind staff. Everything was very clean. Fantastic breakfast (if you're willing to pay).HOWEVER, all of this was unfortunately overshadowed by negatives. The property is far out of town and there are no restaurants or shops within a 10-15 minute walk. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault, but I'd advise other travelers to stay closer to town. It looks much closer on a map than it actually is.The hotel takes advantage of its isolation by charging exorbitant prices for everything. Bike rentals are 20 EUR/day/person. (For reference, a taxi to town is 6-7 EUR for 4 people). Breakfast, while great, is 25 EUR/day/person. Sunbeds at the hotel's beach are NOT included in the room rate. You will pay a minimum of 15-20 EUR/day for the luxury of using a bed, plus food and drinks. I've stayed at many similar beach hotels and I cannot recall any others charging guests for sunbeds.Beyond breakfast, we found food options to be relatively limited. A pre-emptive charge will be put on your card to cover incidentals. This is not a common practice and felt odd.Lastly, considering many guests are not Spanish or Catalan speaking, surprisingly few staff speak solid English. I hesitate writing this because English speakers shouldn't expect everyone they encounter to accommodate them, but this was surprising for a property of this caliber.If you book a deal with many of these extras included, I'm sure you'll enjoy the hotel. If not, be prepared to pay 40-60 EUR more/day/person to get the full experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. And we also love the pool, chiringuito and oyster bar. Very relaxing 😎 clean. Service at oyster bar is slow though. I had to look twice for the waiter who was inside behind the bar.

A nice place to relax by the pool or the sea. The hotel has its own beach with lounge chairs. Kind and responsive staff. The rooms are clean and stylish. Huge and comfortable beds, good breakfast. Quite far from the center but can be reached by a small street train. Or take a longer walk along the beautiful seafront promenade.

We stayed in Sitges at the ME Hotel in August. It was an absolutely beautiful location. The accommodations were very good, but our service (particularly at the pool) was excellent. We had one particular server (Jan) that was incredible. He was proactive to make sure we never waited for our orders, and made sure that we got our food while it was still hot and our drinks while they were still cold. We would go back to ME without hesitation.

Terramar was far better then I expected. Recently renovated. Great service. Great restaurant. Rooms are nice even if they are a bit too modern to my taste. The surroundings are nice. Near to Sitges...
