The apartment-style suites at Marriott’s Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe have separate living and dining rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Each has 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Three 32-inch TVs with a DVD player and movie rentals are also featured. Business services and free Wi-Fi are provided at Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe. Outdoor barbecue and picnic areas are on site and guests can also use the games room. Harbour Town Lighthouse is a 20-minute drive from the from the Sunset Pointe and Harbour Point Marriott. Adventure Golf-Pirate's Island is a 5-minute drive away and many hiking trails are nearby.

“Middle of the road property, as far as MVC goes. Almost unfair to compare it to the other MVC properties given how much smaller and less well amenitied it is. However if you're just using this as a base for hanging at the beach, (~10 mins drive away) it's good and worth the price. Big advantage is this property makes you feel a little closer to nature than other MVC properties: if you bring binoculars you can spot gators from your hotel balcony which is fun for the kids. We also saw some large raccoons on the property, in one instance eating from the dumpster, that was a cool experience.”
