“Los cuartos muy bonitos, recién remodelados... Escogi este hotel porque la alberca se veía muy bonita en las fotos pero la realidad es que ni siquiera me pude meter porque el agua estaba fría, ademas de que el piso y los echaderos muy sucios.”

“As a Marriott Ambassador member, this is one of the worst experiences I have had at Marriott Brands. Absolute ZERO recognition of my elite membership, and didn't provide any room upgrades. Moreover, the room was dirty and the floor was sticky. I mentioned this to the front desk and no one cared about it (No one showed up to clean the floor or offer to change to a room). The only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast, the breakfast was pretty good and you can dine next to the pool. But I'm not coming back to this place again.”
