It was our first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, which is a truly iconic hotel. As soon as we entered the hotel we were able to feel the exuberance and warmth. All staff were extremely friendly, and I would like to specially thank Ms. Vivien Law, who went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We stayed in a beautiful harbour view room, which was extremely roomy yet the furnishing made the room very cozy. Due to Covid restrictions on dining after 6pm, our stay included a 3-course in-room dinner, and the hotel was very accommodating with regards to our dietary requirements. The breakfast buffet was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental for its luxury and location, in the heart of Central.

Definitivamente vale a pena cinco estrelas! Meu marido e eu tivemos um tempo maravilhoso durante a nossa estadia no hotel. Serviços 5 estrelas !! O quarto era arrumado com excelentes comodidades. A vista do nosso quarto com vista para o porto é incrível! Graças à gerente de relacionamento com os hóspedes, Vivien, tivemos a chance de experimentar o dim sum do Man Wah (o restaurante em si estava fechado para reforma no momento). Sua dim sum e porco de churrasco eram surpreendentemente bons! Altamente recomendado para quem adora dim sum que experimente!

Uma fuga romântica incrível! Nós tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa em MO celebrando nossa noite de núpcias, só nós dois. Fomos recebidos por Vivien no relacionamento com os hóspedes em nosso check-in e nos ajudou durante toda a nossa estadia. Nós tivemos um tempo incrível. O cheesecake surpresa e o banho de pétalas de rosa eram tudo o que precisávamos após o longo dia.

Everything very good and beyond my expectation.However, the Chinese Dim Sum ofBreakfast Buffet are too bad, 蝦餃燒賣小籠包街邊檔也不如.It would be very sad if they were product of your Chinese Restaurant.

If you want to look for the best service and top hospitality in Hong Kong (or perhaps Asia or the World), look no further but come to the Mandarin Oriental in Central.This hotel never fails to amaze, from the Captains Bar by the entrance - serving beer in ice cold silver mug, to hidden cigar bar on the ground floor, and the tremendous selection of whiskey selection at Chinnery on the 2nd floor.The service here is second to none. We came here as a mini vacation during COVID as we can't go anywhere else outside HK. We were greeted by the guest relation manager Vivien Law as we arrived the hotel, since then the whole experience at the hotel was superb.Unfortunately, some of the facilities were closed down due to COVID measures imposed by the HK Govt.But with help from Vivien we were able to try our the barber service, their great dimsum and imfamous cheesecake, as well in room in dining.If you are into history, this hotel has a great heritage.do a google search on their bars (captains bar and chinnery), or just read up on the history of the hotel in general will make you fall in love even more.The 1 night stay for us felt like a vacation in a resort in Thailand.I will definitely come back again for their food and hotel stay.

Amazing romantic getaway! We had a wonderful stay at MO celebrating our wedding night, just the two of us. We were greeted by Vivien in guest relations upon our check-in and helped us throughout our stay. We had an amazing time. The surprise cheesecake and rose petal bath was just what we needed after the long day.

Definitely worth a five star! My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay in the hotel. 5 star services!! The room was tidy with great amenities. The view from our harbour view room is amazing! Thanks to the guest relation manager Vivien, we got a chance to try the dim sum from Man Wah (the restaurant itself was actually closed for renovation at the moment). Their dim sum and BBQ pork were amazingly good! Highly recommended anyone who loves dim sum to give it a try!

O sofá de assento único é macio e confortável para sentar. O chá da tarde está farto e os muffins são ricos em leite e devem ser consumidos. O jantar é a surpresa mais agradável. O conjunto de 3 pratos tem um sabor delicioso. O porco supera as expectativas. É delicioso e solto, e tem um gosto melhor que o bife. " Você pode pedir qualquer comida do cardápio do café da manhã, e o sabor é super bom.

Worth five star. Room were great and tidy with every details for customers, bathroom and ancillary equipment to my total satisfaction. Services was great. Catering outlets were top quality in terms of service and product. We had our high tea, dinner and breakfast here and were superb. Recreation facilities were well justified a five star hotel. One more thing, the excellent locality in the centre of CBD got you the convenience for shopping in central and residing there.

Da próxima vez que fui comer arroz de frango Hainanese, fiquei muito satisfeito com ele. Era realmente mais de 5 estrelas. Beautiful rooms with great amenities and nice view. The service is impeccable and friendly. Staff of this hotel really treats you as an individual.Any thing that you asked they will try to accommodate if feasible. Food is great and the restaurant service is fab.

Loves the cake shop, it has the best scones with rose jam, Opera cake, pistachio cake etc. For the French Restaurant Pierre on the top floor, it has exceptional service and cuisine. Many people agreed with me that it served scrumptious fine dine and left use unforgettable evenings. It’s really sad to say goodbye to it. Don’t miss Mandarin’s Chinese Restaurant...you will absolutely feel delightful😋

Gran hotel, sin duda uno de los mejores de la ciudad.

Gran hotel,con muchas comodidades. Excelente ubicación y servicio. El precio es alto, pero se corresponde con un hotel de lujo de sus características. Las vistas son inmejorables, sobre todo desde el M Bar. Allí ponen un ron Zacapa muy muy bueno. Sitio muy muy recomendable. Les iba a dejar una foto que he hecho allí, pero ha salido oscura y no se veía nada... así que les dejo mejor esta... :)
