“O gerente e o trabalhador do turno da manhã foram muito rudes e pouco profissionais quando chegamos. A mesa normalmente fica desacompanhada para intervalos para fumar. Eles também não usaram máscaras quando necessário no edifício, há vários sinais informando que as máscaras são obrigatórias. Tenha-nos atitude ao longo de todo o processo de check in e até mesmo ao telefone, dispostos a colocar a culpa em outros colegas de trabalho. A trabalhadora do turno da noite foi muito simpática e prestativa e usou uma máscara! Não há comodidades disponíveis, mesmo o café da manhã, mas os preços dos quartos não diminuíram devido a isso. Quarto é muito limpo e realmente como a cozinha tem um pequeno fogão, pia, micro-ondas, máquina de lavar louça e um grande frigorífico. Algumas das mesas de centro e mesinhas laterais estão muito fracas e prestes a desmoronar.”

“The hotel and room itself is a "5", but the fact that there still is no breakfast at this stage in the game is a bit ridiculous. Spend the night before in a Ramada in Des Moines and still had a continental breakfast - no problem! Come on, let's move on.”
