“Very disappointed. We wanted and paid for a corner room which they changed without telling us. The TV didn't work the whole time we were there..... I had to clean my room when we first got there before we could unpack. The sheets had stuff in them, the room has wrappers on the floor, and the bathroom had hair in the sink and in the toilet. It was just all around gross”

“Your Guest Services were AMAZING! Super friendly and attentive! But I was extremely disappointed in the fact that the parking garage was not connected to the hotel. The elevators in the parking garage was broken so my kids and I had to haul all our stuff up some stairs, through an ally of another hotel and cross a street, with all our luggage.
Not a good first impression or a way to feel very welcomed. I know you have no control that the parking garage doesn’t connect, but still disappointed, since it was $47 a night. I was also disappointed that we did not have a regular fridge in the room and if we wanted one we would be charged for it. We spent a lot of money to stay there, you would think that would be included. It would have been nice if it was included. Especially since the mini bar wasn’t available either.
Your toilet paper could use some attention. Have you used it?!? Maybe an upgrade to two ply... would be my recommendation.
Lastly, I love that you’re a family hotel. After all, I had my family there for a mini vacation, but it would be nice if our neighbors in 849 would have told their kids to calm down especially at night ans in the early morning. They were screaming and running around the room and halls. I’m all for having fun but also respect that others are trying to enjoy themselves too. It seemed as though the kids were in one room by themselves while the adults were in another.
Again, out of your control but if you add all of it together, it makes for an experience, that felt overpriced.
