If you plan to get Butler Service, choose another hotel. Their Butler service is terrible. The Butlers act like we are bothering them. Simple things become frustration which ruined my stay. Every time we ask Butlers to get something for us, they tell us they aren’t permitted and that we have to get it ourselves. Defeats the point of paying a lot of money to be catered to. The accommodations was definitely not what we pay. When you pay $600 per night for 1 room, it’s expected that you receive a very high level of service. Honestly, their service is about 1&1/2 stars, the facility is beautiful so that’s why I gave 3 stars. The room that they say is Beach front, you have to go on the balcony and look around to see the Ocean. The room smells like smoke even though it’s suppose to be a non-smoking room. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Jamaica and this place did not live up to the others or my expectations. This is definitely not worth more than $100 a night at best.

Staff was more attentive to the white guests vs blacks. There were a few good staff members, but they were few and far between. Our room smelled old and damp, but our housekeeper did a great job cleaning and keeping our linens stocked. The only saving grace for this hotel was one of their restaurants Urban Heat. Even during a 2hr power outage our meal was served hot and in a timely manner. The staff that night was excellent and the chef (we got a chance to meet) did a wonderful job. One of our biggest regrets was not eating all of our dinners there.

Zilara exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived, from the beauty of the resort to the friendly greetings by the staff. However, what made my experience at this resort unforgettable were a few key staff members. Mortimer was the best bartender by far, who made my friends and I feel special remembering/creating signature drinks for us. I would voluntarily wait for him to be free at the bar instead of going to a different available bartender. Mortimer alone would make me want to return to the resort at a future date. Junior, Omar, Kelly-Ann and Waldon created a fun environment which made Zilara the best resort I’ve stayed at. There was no need to travel off the premises because there were so many activities on site led by these amazing and talented individuals, taking the term all-inclusive to another level. The food was also amazing and the restaurants provided a variety of different cuisines. There was 24 hour room service available after the restaurants closed, but I preferred to go to the sports bar to visit another favorite, Jevaune! His service was outstanding but his personality was even better. You normally think about the quality of amenities offered when deciding to book a resort, and although this resort is breathtaking as well as offers everything you’d want, it’s really the staff that sets this property apart from the rest. You must visit Jamaica and stay at Zilara! Don’t forget to look for all of the aforementioned individuals, they will truly help create an unforgettable experience for you!

Now this a place to enjoy your vacation. The staff at this all inclusive resort were all great. Very kind and pleasent to talk too. Great pool 👌 parties, fantastic Jamaican cuisine, and other great food from the restaurants located in the resort. Enjoy it!

The rooms are great. We had an ocean front junior suite on the 4th floor. The restaurants were excellent I believe there were 11 places to eat. From small grab a snack places to sit down restaurants. In the lobby was a pastry/dessert and coffee shop. Since everything is all inclusive there was no payment. I can't say enough about the food at the restaurants.. There are exercise classes by the pool. Eternity pool, hot tub. Planning on returning next summer. Attentive Staff
