Very nice place to stay. The only problem we had was the mattress in our room needed to be replaced. It's offered no support and was worn out. Other than that, the amenities are incredible and the location is very convenient for visitors in the area. It is a lovely place with an awesome restaurant right in the hotel. The Starbucks was horrible, but I say that as a warning to other guests. Hyatt Regency has great hotel's and Wichita was no exception. I will definitely come back for my next trip.

Hyatt Regency is situated by the Arkansas river at the end of downtown Wichita. It offers a splendid view of the river, sideway walk/jogging track along the river and the awesome new baseball stadium just across the other side of the river. They have a big swimming pool, two small jacuzzi, and Gym area on the basement level. The Hotel rooms are mid-sized, comfortable enough for a single person. The lobby is comprised of several seating options and a Starbucks corner that offers coffee and other packaged foods. Breakfast is served at the main dining hall of the hotel, alongside the bar area that opens mid afternoon and runs till around 11 in the night. Laundry service is offered and is chargeable. The hotel does offer complimentary pickup/drops to Airport, Downtown restaurants and nearby places. Stayed at the hotel several times throughout the year and the cooling/heating temperature controls in the rooms are well maintained. Room service is scheduled once every day.

Very clean accommodations. Staff at the bar was very friendly and attentive. The room bathroom needs a better ventilation system for the steam when you're taking a shower. Don't leave anything in there that can be damaged by moisture because after about 10 mins in the shower with door closed, condensation will be dripping from the ceiling.

Impressed with my room (single king). 18th floor, great view. Nice touches with the motion sensing night lights by the bed and in the bathroom. Surprisingly large TV, great shower head, very nice mirror/light/clock combo in the bathroom. Contemporary modern finishes.

I am staying here for a week. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. If u notify them of a maintenance issue or need they are on it almost immediately. I have met some wonderful members of the Hyatt team already and look forward to meeting more. Deanna, Chandler, Kevin are among those I have met. I talked to Tristen on the phone before arriving. Every one of these team members are very professional. And I can't forget Andrew who came and replaced the thermostat control at 4am and the unknown maintenance guy that unstopped my shower while I was gone(thank you!). Ask for a corner suite facing the river and the ball park. It's absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Take a walk along the riverfront on either side and enjoy great restaurants within walking distance.
