“Stayed during EASD and extremely disappointed with it. The rooms were OK but bare minimum facilities were there. Housekeeping staff was extremely lacking despite staying there for 5 nights and reminding everyday the room was cleaned only once. The Internet barely worked and that too in few hours of the day, despite complaining the staff response was it is what it is. The room phone didn't work and the staff couldn't make it work so for anything we had to go down to reception personally. The female receptionists were always busy with bar staff and very rude to respond while. Male staff were better and helped as much as possible. We had a late checkout request also. confirmed while checking it but on the day they denied any such request. If it was not a conference hotel would have never stayed here knowing all this.”

“Scandic talk is a very nice hotel with highly trained employees. I noticed all employees I interfaced with were attentive and polite. The hotel's location encourages a nice and quiet sleep. Everything seemed perfect and the only downside for me was that, there was no bathrobe and slippers in the room. It feels weird for me to walk on the bare floor without slippers except there's carpet.”
