Fantastic place to have a conference. We were well taken care of, the lady serving us was either called Lara or Lana and she was fantastic she kept us perked up with coffee and jokes throughout the day. Food was good especially the cauliflower wings, I don't normally eat anything like this but they were a revelation. Lugar fantástico para ter uma conferência. Fomos bem atendidos, a senhora que nos servia se chamava Lara ou Lana e ela foi fantástica nos manteve animados com café e piadas durante todo o dia. A comida era boa, especialmente as asas de couve-flor, normalmente não como nada assim, mas foram uma revelação.

Nice hotel, super smart and well designed. Rooms are very spacious, massive smart tv, beds were comfy, great bathroom with powerful showers. Clean room. No complaints. Would love to go to the top top floor and have a view of Manchester!

I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all ofthe staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.

Decent location, spacious room, cleaning service was a bit questionable. If you are on the right side of the building you will get an incredible view! (See photos!) Cloud 23 at the top of the building is a great place for a few cocktails, that's a bonus! Great to have a pool on site, although you better make sure to book your slot in advance! I think they went a bit heavy on the chlorine in the jacuzzi as my skin struggled after! Localização decente, quarto espaçoso, serviço de limpeza era um pouco questionável. Se você estiver do lado direito do prédio, terá uma vista incrível! (Ver fotos!) Cloud 23 no topo do prédio é um ótimo lugar para alguns coquetéis, isso é um bônus! É ótimo ter uma piscina no local, embora seja melhor você reservar seu slot com antecedência! Eu acho que eles foram um pouco pesados no cloro no jacuzzi enquanto minha pele lutava depois!

The mini fridge in the room was an added bonus for when you just want a light snack returning from a busy day ready to kick off the shoes, shower and relax with some TV before retiring. Beautifully clean. Fabuloso hotel. Equipe muito simpática. Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro ótimo. Nas instalações do quarto reabastecidas todos os dias. Chá de café, chocolate quente, biscoitos. O frigobar no quarto foi um bônus adicional para quando você quer apenas um lanche leve voltando de um dia agitado, pronto para tirar os sapatos, tomar banho e relaxar com um pouco de TV antes de se aposentar. Lindamente limpo.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I got upgraded to a fantastic King Executive Plus room with my diamond status. Fantastic breakfast and exec lounge on the 23rd floor. Pool was great too with glass panels to see down to the ground floor below.

Excelente estadia em nosso hotel favorito, comemoramos nossa lua de mel aqui e 5 anos em nosso aniversário, vistas incríveis, quartos limpos e espaçosos, a equipe do hotel é excelente fez nossa estadia perfeita e um grande grito para Melina (desculpe se soletrou errado) que estava trabalhando café da manhã esta manhã, por ir acima e além e tornar um início maravilhoso para o nosso dia, mal posso esperar para voltar!

Excellent stay at our favourite hotel, celebrated our honeymoon here and 5yrs on our anniversary, amazing views, clean spacious room, the hotel staff are excellent made our stay perfect and a big shout out to Melina (sorry if spelt wrong) who was working on breakfast this morning, for going above and beyond and making it a wonderful start to our day, cant wait to come back!

Quarto horrível noisy !!!!Estávamos muito entusiasmados por voltar ao Hilton Manchester após 7 anos. Tivemos a nossa recepção de casamento aqui em 2013. Os quartos eram adoráveis, com excelentes vistas e funcionários simpáticos, todos perfeitos. Como estávamos errados !!! ..Primeiro eu tinha reservado por telefone, explicando que estávamos revisitando nossa memória do dia do nosso casamento. Queríamos experimentar uma sala semelhante e visitar a Nuvem 23 novamente. O homem ao telefone disse que atualizou a reserva perguntando se eles poderiam reproduzir o quarto real.Nós reservamos e foram apenas entregues as chaves, era isso !! .. Nenhuma explicação de onde ir, nada .. Oh o quarto !!! Foi horrível, talvez a expectativa de um empresário, mas certamente não qualquer tipo de quarto de 4,6 estrelas. Na verdade, parecia um Travel Lodge de £ 30 por noite (bem, na verdade, o último Travel Lodge em que ficamos em Londres era muito mais impressionante). As vistas eram terríveis por cima de um parque de estacionamento e o barulho do quarto (que parecia um secador comercial) era tão irritante. A cadeira e o banquinho combinando não combinavam, a moldura da porta estava suja e havia um cheiro que eu não conseguia definir.Eu não queria chatear meu marido, que tem estado mal nos últimos 7 anos após um diagnóstico de câncer inesperado logo após nosso casamento. Então, eu não disse nada e apenas me vesti para um aperitivo no Cloud 23, onde tivemos nossa recepção com champanhe. SEM NUVEM 23. Por que não disse isso quando fiz a reserva !!.Saímos e fomos jantar no 20 Stories tentando passar o máximo de tempo possível fora,Na volta, o som barulhento da secadora comercial estava ainda mais alto (eu tenho gravado), era tão ruim que eu não conseguia dormir.Não reserve este hotel a menos que esteja acostumado a hotéis feios, frios, cansados e hostis. Se você quer se sentir especial, este não é o hotel para você. Nossa memória de nosso casamento foi arruinada e precisaremos erradicar qualquer memória do Hilton.Eu ia reservar meu 60º aniversário no ano que vem, mas jogue fora isso !! Eu não gostaria que minha família e amigos ficassem assustados com a experiência deste buraco do inferno.Grande erro, enorme !!!!!Sala 2019Não fique aqui ....

A única falha foi que a cama não parecia tão resistente como eles normalmente fazem em um Hilton e também o banheiro continuou rangendo como se fosse ceder quando se sentasse nele haha! Awful Noisy Room!!!! We were so excited to be coming back to The Hilton Manchester after 7 years. We had our Wedding reception here in 2013. The rooms were lovely with great views plus friendly helpful staff all just perfect. How wrong were we!!!.. First I had booked over the phone explaining we were revisiting our memory of our wedding day. We wanted to experience a similar room and visit Cloud 23 again. The man on phone said he had updated the booking asking if they could replicate the actual room. We booked in and were just handed the keys, that was it!!.. No explanation of where to go, nothing.. Oh the room!!! It was awful, maybe a businessman’s expectation but certainly not any kind of 4.6 star kind of room. In fact it resembled a £30 a night Travel Lodge (well actually the last Travel Lodge we stayed in in London was far more impressive). The views were awful over the top of a car park and the noise from the room (which sounded like a commercial dryer) was so annoying. The chair and matching foot stool didn’t match, the door frame was dirty and there was a smell I couldn't quite define. I didn’t want to upset my husband who has been poorly for the last 7 years after an unexpected cancer diagnosis shortly after our marriage. So I said nothing and just dressed ready for an aperitif in Cloud 23 were we had our champagne reception. NO CLOUD 23. Why wasn’t I told this when I booked!!. We left and went to dinner at 20 Stories trying to spend as much time away as possible, On return the noisy commercial dryer sound was even louder (I have it videoed), it was so bad I was unable to sleep. Do not book this hotel unless you are used to ugly, cold, tired, unfriendly hotels. If you want to feel special this is not the hotel for you. Our memory of our wedding has been ruined and we will need to eradicate any memory from The Hilton. I was going to book my 60th birthday next year but scrap that!! I wouldn’t want my family and friends being left scared by the experience of this hell hole. Big Mistake, Huge!!!!! Room 2019 Do not stay here....

Great location, great customer service, great views. Missed the breakfast but understand the circumstances are hard. Only fault was the bed didn't feel as sturdy as they normally do in a Hilton and also the toilet kept creaking like it was going to give way when sat on it haha! (I'm only 10 stone)

Las vistas son impresionantes. Merece la pena disfrutar en la planta 23, Cloud 23 bar. Gracias a la buena atención que recibimos de Olivia nos tomamos unos pasteles (Sweet Treats) que fueron mucho mejor de lo esperado. Se ofreció a hacernos unas preciosas fotos, que es lo que uno desea cuando visita un sitio así por primera vez. La experiencia fue tan agradable que luego continuamos con un cóctel. Me parece que tiene un precio razonable para la experiencia que ofrece. Visitado el 6 de mayo 2019.

Buen hotel en líneas generales. En mi opinión tiene demasiadas habitaciones, pero esto no afecta al servicio. Después de pasar un par de noches, tengo la sensación de que en el hotel trabajaban más españoles que en los hoteles de España; hasta diez españoles y españolas conocimos que trabajaban allí. En general, creo que Manchester está plagado de españoles. En cuanto a las habitaciones bastante regular. Supongo que la que nos tocó a nosotros no es de las mejores; pero no estaba mal. La ubicación es bastante buena y cerca del tranvía.
