“Very polite and speedy check-in experience. The room is comfortable, well-equipped and spacious (for an airport hotel). We were visiting Thorpe Park and Carter's Steam Fair, so didn't eat at the restaurant, but the food in the executive lounge was absolutely adequate to satiate us. The rooms are insulated well, so you'll not be too bothered by the aircraft noise.”

“Llegamos a este hotel tras la cancelación de nuestro vuelo por parte de la aerolínea. Nos dieron habitación aquí, pero llegamos a las 2 AM y nos fuimos a las 11 AM, así que poco pudimos disfrutarlo. Aun así me pareció muy cómodo, con habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien, muy completo. La pega que le veo es que no es fácil volver a la terminal desde aquí. Hay un autobús, pero ya no teníamos Libras, así que tuvimos que el portero llamó a un taxi que nos aceptó el cobro con tarjeta de crédito. El personal fue muy atento.”
