“This hotel could be great, but it is mismanaged. First let me say all the staff I interacted with were very friendly. However, that is not enough. First room had every drawer and dresser open, the bed skirt pulled up, chair cushion flipped, etc - the room had not been finished. The second room had a clearly broken cabinet door with a piece of wood hanging out, as well as not floor towel or hand towels, plus multiple tears in the carpet. The gym had no wipes in either bin, and the hand sanitizer was empty. The air conditioning in the second room was stuck on 65 and would not change. On the second night, the fire alarm went off for 10 minutes at 4AM. I could go on - point is, this hotel could be great, but it needs serious attention.”

“The room was average considering the price compared to your standard hotel room. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful but the valet left something to be desired. We paid the 30 something dollars for valet only to have valet employees tell us they weren't able to drive a standard and that they would walk us to the car if we would like. This completely eliminates the purpose of paying extra for valet”
