“Wilson”and “Jorge” from valet did an amazing job by organizing the luggage’s and book bags of a young mother and her two daughters in a way I did not think possible My vehicle was slight small and they were able to make it happen to create space and room so that the mother and her two toddlers may sit together and ensure that they can receive their trip back to their loved ones Conclusively I give this 5 💫 review to this two guys. Many times we give great reviews without acknowledging the actual people who deserve it I used to be a sub contract worker and employee like them and now I am a successful business entrepreneur Thank you guys and keep up the good work! 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were great! And super accommodating and friendly. The room was as promised from the five star reviews. Very convenient, we loved the boardwalk access and the amenities. We will definitely be back again when we make our next trip!!

The Beach Club was an AMAZING resort! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The food was amazing, the cleanliness was wonderful, as we all enjoyed a beautifully made bed to crawl into at the end of the day. The pool was a very nice touch as it went on forever and had much to offer. The waterslides was also lots of fun, and a great way to refresh after fun at the parks. I loved being able to walk to Epcot and take the boat to Hollywood Studios. And the buses to the other parks and Disney Springs never took too long. All in all, this resort has so much to offer and endless opportunities to explore. I would highly recommend staying here, at the Beach Club!

I'm torn. I adored the hotel itself, it was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the pool was amazing, the staff were excellent. The room itself, or rather the bathroom, was... interesting. Double sinks were open to the rest of the room while the toilet and shower were crammed into a tiny room with barely enough room for one adult to turn around. When you have to help your kids take showers, get dressed, go potty, etc., it was very frustrating. We had a non family member stay in our room (3 adults, 2 kids) so having the bathroom door open wasn't an option. The room was a sauna after one shower and the fan did nothing to help. The daybed was ok, we were in adjoining rooms with another family that we're friends with, so doubling up the mattress on the sofa (they didn't need theirs) did the trick to help make it comfy. And the hallways... such... long... hallways. After a day at the parks you felt as if you'd never make it back to your room! Marketplace had decent quick food and again, the staff exceeded my expectations 👌

This place is great. The location is convenient if you're going to EPCOT. The Beaches and Cream Soda shop has the best ice cream treats and the food is pretty good too. The room prices are way too expensive even with the nice view and convenience. Unfortunately we won't be staying again unless the prices drop.

This is my family and I’s favorite resort to stay at when we come to Disney World. Everything is absolutely perfect from the moment you walk into the lobby and breathe in the air freshener they have in the lobby to the employees who are always the sweetest to the spectacular pool called “Stormalong Bay”. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay here more times than I can count and if you don’t like this place then you’ll never be satisfied with anything because it is the best resort on property. Disney honestly should just hire my family and I to be in Disney world commercials at this point because we go so much and absolutely LOVE it.

Good location and we liked the pool shared with the Yacht Club. Most of the restaurants were closed and the food at the market was awful. Plus side was that there were some outside restaurants that would deliver to the resort. The bed was too old and soft so my wife ended up sleeping on the hide-a-bed because it was more comfortable. Also had terrible elevator motor noise all night long. AC stopped working twice. They blamed it on construction next door at Epcot. They were only fixing it for those that complained.

As usual, Disney knows how to keep the magic. Stayed here as a last minute mini trip. The property is gorgeous and masks were worn and felt safe. Was a little upset that all the nearby restaurants were booked but it is valentines weekend, it was last minute, and most of the restaurants were closed. They did have hotel room service but our phone wasn’t charged so we just did take out at the Ale and compass.

Good: The resort room (1 bedroom) was spacious and clean. It had more amenities than we had expected as we had previously only stayed at studios. There was a full fridge with an actual freezer. Every cast member we interacted with was awesome period especially Steve from engineering. Neutral: The main resort was going under a few renovations. The DVC sidewalk was closed making our walk slightly longer. In addition the main store was also under renovation and they set up a mini store in the solarium. Bad: Many of the dining options were not available including Cape May Cafe and the crew cup lounge. The wait for beaches and cream was extremely long including the outside window. Storm along bay was extremely extremely crowded. At times there it was even difficult to walk around as it felt like we were all shoulder to shoulder and not able to socially isolate. They were also not checking if you a resort guest before letting you into the pool. One of the reasons we stayed here was because stormalong Bay was only available to actual resort guests and not everybody.

How can you not love this place? The smell as soon as you enter is amazing. The sense of being at the beach bit at Disney is wonderful. Room was clean and well stocked. In hotel food choices great. Pool is absolutely amazing and we spent hours upon hours there with kids. Ice cream shop is a bit pricey but its Disney and kids loved it. Between Polynesian and BC, its z tough choice was is better but the pool makes this a kids fav!

Location is great as you can walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios in 15 minutes, no bus waiting. Pool area is awesome. Plus, it's Disney. They are the best at hospitality, bar none. Only a couple of gripes. 1. The rooms are not as nice as other resorts. The bathrooms are quite cramped as other resorts place the sinks outside of the main tub and toilet area. I've heard they are renovating, so this may change soon. 2. Quick service breakfast area is tiny. Like 4 tables and lackluster menu tiny. They have a lot of table service restaurants, but for quick service, they are Spartan at best. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here. Not having to ride the bus all the time was very nice. And kids loved the pool.

Came here as a tag a long with my wife on her work conference. We turned it into a family vacation with our toddler. The beach resort was very nice, clean, and accessible to Epcot. Staff was friendly and room was attended to very nicely.

One of the best resorts on property! Best part is it is walking distance to Epcot and about a 15 min walk to Hollywood studios (even though now you can take a 20 min skyliner from the Epcot entrance) and rest your feet. It's also a beautiful resort with very comfy rooms. One of the best parts of this hotel is that it is kid friendly without a crazy atmosphere. The pool area is awesome and so much fun for the kiddos. We're so happy we got to stay here!

Without a doubt the best Disney hotel we have visited by far. The rooms were second to none and the facilities were fantastic. So close to Epcot and the boardwalk it was a dream. The walk to Hollywood studios was also a lot shorter than anticipated. Have stayed at animal Kingdom lodge previously and that place doesn't compare to the yacht and beach club considering they are both deluxe resorts. 10/10
