“Worst experience Ive ever had!!! We got there at 2 am I almost fell in the bathroom Bc it was filled with water from the sink. When I turned sink on the water was falling on the ground. The next day they changed my from. Also the rooms are not clean at all very dusty and sticky carpets and stained pillows. This shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel it should be a 1 star hotel. The next day I get to my room I find a roach in my carry on. The floor under the bed and around were filthy dirty. I called reception they wanted to change rooms again and I was like no I’m changing hotels. I paid a $1000 dollars more to move out of that hotel to much better experience. I do NOT recommend this hotel.”
