“If I could offer 0 stars for this property I would. I was charged for my sons service animal because their staff is improperly trained and discriminating. The first room I was put in had ants crawling out of the couch and all over the AC and wall. When called down to the front desk to tell them she asked if I wanted to come get spray to spray them. My son was going to sleep on that couch bed so I was furious. She said ants are not bugs. She hung up on me multiple times. Her manager refused to allow me another room because of my sons service animal. She only offered after I went down to the lobby and complained further and other guests were coming in. They refused to cancel my stay and allow me to leave to find a better accommodation. She refused to cancel the second night. She essentially held us hostage at that hotel as she wouldn’t refund the funds. The second room we were offered had mold on the wall which my son is allergic to. Urine on the walls in the bathroom. The microwave was full of someone else’s old moldy food. My son has many allergies so we were unable to use it to prevent any cross contamination. My son even found someone’s old sock in the bed. Horrible experience and they refused to give me the actual managers card or contact info. Do yourself a favor and never stay here.EDITED TO ADD: The owner is now claiming my service animal was not wearing the proper gear. A fitted service animal vest with service animal patches on either side of her body is the proper gear. I was requested to email via gmail my medical records to show need for my service animal. Now they are claiming this is not the case but I have this in writing. Shame on you Clarion Inn. Your front desk staff saw the vest there is no need to lie.”

“Arrived and met at desk. That went ok. Lobby was dark and unwelcoming. Place smelled of smoke and weed. Get to room. Everything is outdated. Wifi connection was so poor we couldn't use it. My kid wanted to go swimming. I specifically booked with indoor pool. You couldn't see anyone more than 4 ft away. All towels and chairs were soaked from water dripping off pipes and ceiling. Rust everywhere. Mural melting off wall from water dripping. Air burned your eyes. Asked for dry towels and it took a while. By then I was pulling my kid out of the pool area. Her eyes were blood shot. We got some sleep and left immediately in the morning. Not worth the $140 I spent to be close to my other kids high school event. We spent more time at another hotel, because ours reminded me of American horror story.”
