“There is nothing uglier as a tourist than feeling ripped off. This is how they have made us feel in this establishment. They should be ashamed.
The only benefit of this hotel is that it is located at the airport. We have made a reservation of € 85 and have been charged € 110 for using an abusive exchange rate.
They work for the tourism sector, but they take advantage of you when they have the opportunity and, obviously, they do not listen to complaints. A hotel that cannot be trusted.
I strongly advise against it, go alone if you have no other option.”

“The garden is the only smoking place in Sao Paulo airport. So if you are not staying in this hotel, i heard you need to pay to smoke here. I'm not sure because both time i sleep in this hotel. You need to ask for room with windows. The meal they provide is good. They also sale cigi in the resto. Rest nothing much to do. Enough for resting and refresh while waiting your next flight. People are friendly.”
