“I read a lot of reviews before staying here. There was more good than bad so we decided to try it. BIG MISTAKE!! The only thing nice I can say about this place is service employees are super nice. The room was ok but they were always spraying for bugs. Pools were super cold. Beach was a mess. Our room phone never worked even after asking 3 times for it to be fixed. The food was awful! I’m a picky eater so I didn’t expect much but my husband and kids eat anything and everything and they thought it was all gross. Hopefully this review helps someone not choose this place.”

“La atencion y las instalaciones son las que merecen 2 estrellas. De resto no merece ni una estrella mas. El agua del baño tiene un olor bastange fuerte, la comida el 80% de las veces esta helada y no es muy buena. Y la mitad de los restaurantes estaban cerrados. Y durante mi estancia la piscina estuvo cerrada a lo que llevaba al colapso de la pequeña playa.”
