Ótima localização, serviços bons, quartos interessantes

Fomos para visitar o Rooftop, mas na verdade era um balcão, com vista mediana. O bar era no térreo, bonito, porém caro. Quanto ao hotel não posso afirmar.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo ao metrô e Central Park. Cama confortável, ar condicionado e aquecedor funcionando perfeitamente. Funcionários excelentes, e meus parabéns vai para dois especial, pela gentileza, educação, atenção, carinho o Luke Morris e a Jennifer.

Hotel bom e bem localizado, pessoal atencioso, tudo ok, o único problema é que no quarto 923 o banheiro tem um porta de vidro ... por isso não levou 5 estrelas.

The room with a balcony was absolutely huge! It was quiet, nice drapes to block out the sun. The bed and pillows were very comfy! And the room was cleaned daily to perfection. Conveniently located close to the subway. Will def. stay here again.

This was my third hotel on the Upper West side where my son and family live. By far this has been my best experience thus far. My daughter-in-law's sister stays here all the time and recommended I give it a try. I am grateful I tried it and will be back.

Big, well appointed room with easy access to amenities, and restaurants. Friendly, and helpful staff. Evening entertainment. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to Central Park and the Subway line. We all loved it!

Room was clean / comfortable. Check in/out was easy. Restaurants were decent. I only give three stars because, while the rooms are listed as hypo-allergenic, they pump a scent throughout the hotel - I am still suffering with inflamed sinuses days later. Seems odd to realize people are allergic to down, and advertise rooms as "hypoallergenic" while pumping scent throughout the hotel... If you have any sensitivities to scent, pick somewhere else; it was overwhelming.

I won't repeat the comments others have shared about the fees/pricing structure but I agree that is an important satisfaction metric. At this price point I would have expected a fridge, microwave, elevator more suited to handle the size of the hotel, and a TV that could access ANY channels beyond a fuzzy, glitch, paused digital antennae preview. The room was beautiful and the area was safe, close to public transportation, and had plenty of food options. There was so much potential but as a family traveling with kids I would probably try another hotel next time we were in the area.

Este é um ótimo lugar para ficar se você visitar NY. A equipe foi muito simpática e sim, o hotel tem alguma idade, mas tudo bem. O lobby tem música todas as noites por 2 horas e o bar é ótimo. O bar serve muffins e bolos de pequeno-almoço e café e vinho à noite. E os quartos são aconchegantes e confortáveis. Definitivamente vai visitar novamente.

This is a great place to stay if you visit NY.The staff was very friendly and yes the hotel has some age on it, but that is ok.The lobby has music every night for 2 hours and the bar is great.The bar serves breakfast muffins and pastries and coffee and wine at night.And the rooms are cozy and comfortable.Will definitely visit again.

Primeira vez em Nova York e realmente gostei da nossa estadia aqui em fevereiro. As áreas de lounge e bar no lobby são muito aconchegantes e têm uma ótima atmosfera, e são extremamente bem decoradas. Tomadas e computadores também estão disponíveis para uso. Check-in e check-out foram rápidos e fáceis. Eu recebia textos diariamente checando nossa estadia e perguntando se havia alguma coisa que precisávamos. Tivemos água fresca e um cobertor entregue no nosso quarto com bastante rapidez. Todos os eletrodomésticos do quarto funcionavam bem. Nosso quarto estava um pouco frio, independentemente do ambiente que tínhamos, mas a equipe nos forneceu um cobertor extra, então foi bom. Se você joga PokémonGO, podemos chegar a 4 paradas da nossa sala e muitos spawns ótimos, e muitos ginásios ao redor para controlar remotamente as invasões. Ótima estadia e gostaria de ficar novamente! A única reclamação é a adição de taxas de resort no momento da reserva, eu realmente não entendo por que eles não incluem apenas em suas diárias para que não pareça uma farsa barata.

Clean and very nice atmosphere + a great location! We did ask for some things to be sent up that didn’t arrive but otherwise good service. Just beware that they take a $150 deposit per night and an extra $40 fee per day in addition to the room price/fees.

First time in NYC and really enjoyed our stay here in February. The lounge and bar areas in the lobby are very cozy and have a great atmosphere, and are decorated extremely well. Outlets and computers are also available for use. Check in and out were quick and easy. I would receive texts daily checking on our stay and asking if there was anything we needed. We had fresh water and a blanket delivered to our room fairly quickly. All appliances in the room worked fine. Our room was a little chilly no matter what setting we had on, but the staff provided us with an extra blanket so it was fine. If you play PokémonGO, we could reach 4 stops from our room and lots of great spawns, and many gyms around to remote into raids. Great stay and would love to stay again! Only complaint is the added in resort fees when booking, I really don't understand why they don't just include it in their daily rates so it doesn't feel like a cheap scam.

Hermoso lugar, con adorables vistas, y paredes que no dejan pasar el sonido...por si no lo habian notado estaba siendo sarcástico, este hotel es miserable, una momia senil y dientona, con brazos de señorita y huele a trasero de marrano.

No esta mal,lo mejor las camas hace q tu sueño profundo, por lo demas muy normalito.
