O pior serviço que já tive em um hotel. Após 5 noites, eles ainda precisam limpar o quarto ou trocar os lençóis. Eu continuamente tenho que ir à recepção para toalhas, TP e artigos de toalete e tenho que remover o lixo sozinho. Eles desconsideram meu pedido de limpeza e, quando confrontei uma governanta, ela me disse rudemente que não limparia o quarto.Independentemente do site anunciado, eles não possuem business center, e a piscina coberta é como nadar em uma tigela de gelo.O pequeno-almoço continental gratuito é uma piada. É um lanche mal construído que consiste em um pequeno iogurte quente, um muffin velho pré-embalado ou um pão doce, uma barra de granola, um suco pequeno e uma maçã (tudo ótimo para meu diabetes).O quarto (uma suíte) é uma piada. Os móveis são velhos e caindo aos pedaços. A decoração é dos anos 70 ou 80. A TV é colocada no meio da sala, onde você não pode realmente vê-la da cama ou do sofá; sua melhor visão da TV seria a pia entre os dois.A única graça salvadora é que há um shopping center/centro comercial do outro lado da rua e fica a alguns quilômetros ao sul da Strip.

The worst service that I've ever had in a hotel. After 5 nights they have yet to clean the room or change the sheets. I continually have to go to the front desk for towels, TP, and toiletries and I have to remove the trash myself. They disregard my request for cleaning, and when I confronted a housekeeper, she rudely told me that she would not clean the room. Regardless of the website advertised, they do not have a business center, and the indoor pool is like swimming in a bowl of ice. The free continental breakfast is a joke. It is a poorly constructed bag lunch consisting of a small warm yogurt, a prepackaged stale muffin or sweet roll, a granola bar, a small juice, and an apple (all great for my diabetes). The room (a suite) is a joke. The furniture is old and falling apart. The decor is out of the 70's or 80's. The TV is placed in the middle of the room where you cannot not really see it from either the bed or the couch; your best view of the TV would be the sink between the two. The only saving grace is that there is a mall/shopping center across the street and it is a couple of miles south of the strip.

This place needs some TLC. Walking in to the smell of weed in the lobby, a cockroach scurried along the floor during check in, I knew this wasn't going to be a fantastic place. We had reserved a king size bed, when we walked into the first room it was probably a full size bed. The staff, who was nice, moved our room to an actual king size bed. The bed itself was comfortable and clean, but it stopped there. There were past guests' clothes still in the closet, a couch we would never sit on, and the bathroom was not very clean other guests' hairs remained pretty much on every surface, trying to shower without brushing up against the dirty shower curtain. I would not stay here again.

Pisos tanto de la habitación como la de los pasillos, muy sucia y con un olor no muy agradable, Las camas no son cómodas están muy viejas, y el desayuno no es caliente como lo ofrecen en las fotos me parece que fui engañado, es una bolsa de papel con 1 manzana, 1 yogurt, jugo y un dulce, me parece que es un Hotel muy caro para ofrecer lo que ofrecieron, yo no lo recomiendo y no me volvería a quedar en este hotel... El personal si es muy amable y atento eso sí tiene su personal, pero las instalaciones muy malas y vieja...👎

I honestly thought that at $190 a night I'd have a better stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean. Those are the positives. The toilet and the shower faucet both leaked constantly. I was on the other side of the wall from the ice machine so was startled awake several times throughout the night when someone got ice. The couch in room, although a nice touch, was pretty crummy and looked in desperate need of cleaning. The bathroom counter was dirty. What worried me most, as a solo traveler, was that the door to the room wasn't closed when I got to my room.

This hotel does not even remotely live up to the reviews or it's online photos. Everything is dated and just dirty. The bathroom just looks like you don't want to touch anything. The TV looks like it's from 1997. The gym is dismal and tiny. The pool looks so gross my wife didn't even want to chance it with our young daughter. The halls smell like weed after 9pm at night. You can hear everything going on. The continental breakfast is a muffin, yogurt and apple juice. I wasn't expecting a Hilton, but this place is absolutely garbage and I ABSOLUTELY regret bringing my wife and child to stay here. They do not feel comfortable or safe.

Muito de uma vibração do Motel 6 aqui. A equipe foi super legal, mas cara, eles precisam de ajuda. A torneira do chuveiro funcionou a noite toda. (vazamento). Apenas duas toalhas, sem tapete de banho. A TV precisava ser religada por mim para funcionar, a piscina estava fria e o chão (da piscina coberta) estava coberto por cerca de uma polegada de água fria. O único pobre que fazia os tapetes e o serviço era o único cara de serviço que lidava com coisas para os 100 ou mais quartos. Eles só precisam de ajuda. Caso contrário, o preço foi bom e me fez repensar em gastar os 40 dólares a mais por um cassino de três estrelas. Da próxima vez... irei para o cassino. Terá melhores comodidades.

Estive aqui por quase 2 semanas. A equipe de arrumação é incrível, prestativa e muito simpática. Os dois cavalheiros que vi na recepção também são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são tão limpos quanto os quartos da Strip (ficaram na Strip por 9 dias) sem os preços altos. Amigável para a família. Foi bastante mesmo quando cheio. A piscina é gelada, mas fica aberta 24 horas por dia! Máquinas de venda automática e itens para compra no lobby da frente. Muitas opções para comer à direita dentro da área. Estamos aqui por mais algumas noites e posso dizer que definitivamente vou reservar aqui novamente. Excelente equipe de trabalho para tornar uma estadia agradável!

Very old rundown hotel.Pool was not heated. You can hear every sound from other rooms.Strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana. Was WAY overpriced.Booked 5 nights and stayed 1 night. Luckily they canceled the rest of our reservation.We found another place to stay on the strip for cheaper.

Been here for almost 2 weeks. The housekeeping staff are amazing, helpful and very friendly. The Two gentleman that I've seen at the front desk are very friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are just as clean as the rooms on the strip ( stayed on the strip for 9 days) without the high prices. Family friendly. It was quite even when full. The pool is chilly but it's opened 24 hours a day! Vending machines and items to purchase at the front lobby. Lots of choices for eating right within the area. We're here for a couple more nights and I can say I will definitely book here again. Great job staff for making it a pleasant stay!!

So much of a Motel 6 vibe here. The staff were super nice, but man they need help. Shower faucet ran all night. (leaking). Only two towels, no bath mat. TV needed to be rewired by me to work, the pool was cold and the floor (of the indoor pool) was covered in about an inch of cold water. The one poor guy doing the carpets and service was the only service guy handling stuff for the 100 or so rooms. They just need help. Otherwise the price point was fine & it made me rethink spending the 40 dollars more for a three star casino. Next time...I will go for the casino. It will have better amenities.

Las habitaciones las entregan completamente SUCIAS, con basura de los huéspedes anteriores, manchas de sangre, olor a cigarrillo. Definitivaamente NO recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel por la poca higiene que tienen. En ningún momento ponen en práctica los protocolos de limpieza que dicen tener. El servicio al cliente es pésimo.

Hotel viejo, mucho ruido de los huéspedes y no te dejan descansar en la madrugada. El lavamanos Lucía oxidado. Esta cerca del centro en bus, ruta 117. El desayuno es 1 yogurt, 1 manaza, 1 barra de granola, 1 muffin.

Mi puntuacion es 0 Super mal servico al cliente, . CUando llegamos a registrarnos el joven del front deskdesde un principio. COn una mala actitud, grosero y prepotente Cuando le pedimos que dejara de hablarnos s asi se enojo y empezo agritarnos y hasta con llamar a la policía nos amenazo y diciendonos que no nos ibamos a quedar ahi. Pedimos hablar co. El supervisor y no quiso llamsrlo que segun no habia nadie a cargo.Obviamente no nos ibamos a quedar en ese lugar. Después del mal trato y nos fuimos al hotel de enfrente y les explicamoslo que nos habia pasado y nos dijeron n que no era la. Primera vez que muchos clientes ya se habíanquejado del pésimo servicio ahi. 👎👎👎👎👎

Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos aquí una noche y nos pareció cómodo y limpio. El personal se comportó de forma atenta y profesional. El área para el desayuno nos pareció incómodo, pero bien surtido.
