The deal is to good to be true! Customer has the burden of the proof and even though you have it you need to insist it and per their approval! But the day front desk Dela is superb .

Hotel was great. Slept here for two nights. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the shower was very good. Employees were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Parking might be difficult/expensive when you count on it.

Great location. Bit run down but cosy. Breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs were tasty. Also pastries and cereal and toast available. Didn't spend much time in the room as was sightseeing. But happy with it. Lift is tiny.

I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and condescension by a member of staff at a facility, let alone one that is supposed to have 4 stars. The check-in agent was incredibly out of line and this has really ruined the first night of my parents visiting Paris. After 13 hour flight and 1,5 hours in traffic, this employee wanted to re-charge for the room which had already been paid in full. Once this was resolved he stated breakfast wasn’t included, which it was. I had even called staff days after receiving my confirmation to ensure everything was in order and that everything would run smoothly on the day. I was told there was no manager and that I’d have to wait for Monday to speak about this incident.. so 3 days!!? Absolutely unacceptable. As someone who has worked in this sector I can not imagine by what merit this member of staff was hired.

It was my first visit in Paris, so I literally had no idea what it would be like but wanted to stay in a hotel that has the historical energy rather than modern clean energy. The hotel had the historical energy I was looking for and really was happy to make this place my home during my visit. The location was perfect for me and helped me use the local train to explore all these museums, churches, historical spots and complete my shopping in 5 days. It had all of the great restaurants and cafes (fair and affordable) and grocery stores too. Like others noted the bed was also very comfortable! All of the staff were very helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. If I ever make my next visit, I surely will consider to stay here again. I want to thank the staff very much from the bottom of my heart. I miss their friendly attitude and smile already!
