“Our room wasn't ready on arrival, and the wifi was horrible. We tend to use wifi to plan the day or week ahead while travelling and in the room or reception the signal was so bad it was unusable. It only worked in the stairwell. The room was of good quality and the lady at the desk after being rude to begin with was actually really helpful in giving us itinerary ideas around Rome. If the organisation and first impressions were improved this place would be a gem.”
