“I would not suggest this hotel. Here’s why: Starting with pros: 1- history is cool, it was a bank before so the furniture in the entrance, lobby, restaurant, is very unique. 2- having an inside pool and hot tub in winter on Minneapolis is definitely a plus but I think they could make the area look nicer and cozy for the price the guests pay. 3- Cons: 1- costumer service isn’t good enough as I expected. Could never get the right information about my breakfast or information about the skyway… 2- I found chips and a bottle under my bed 🙃 felt quite disgusted. 3- the size of the table and the couch in the restaurant is definitely not regular. I’d suggest sitting on a chair even if the couch looks more comfortable it won’t be anything like comfortable. 4- prices are not good for what you get. Marriot has better hotels.”

“This place is amazing. The place has so much to take in as it used to be a historic bank. The bar area and dining room are in the former lobby with the kitchen behind the old teller windows. They have a great stainless steel pool and hot tub. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The location could be one of the best downtown Minneapolis, within walking distance of the light rail and us bank stadium.”
