“The team at Ritz Osaka is very warm and welcoming, they are considerate of our needs and ensures that our stay is comfortable.
Thank you”

“This hotel is fine, and if you can get a room for 250US a night I would say go for it. That said this hotel is unbelievably dated. I am convinced queen Elizabeth’s interior decorator was told to furnish this hotel, but make sure there is nothing in it that makes you think you’re in Japan.
Better suited for London or another European destination. White, drab, and underwhelming. Additional $80 USD a night for a double occupancy in a room with two doubles… make that make sense.
Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke, so be prepared.”
