I loved my stay here. The room service was nice. I came to made up rooms everyday. The pools were amazing!! So was the hot tub. Loved it

Rachel who delivered my room service was amazing and super sweet went out of her way to get me a mt. Few.love her great customer service. However went to food service area later and wanted to grab a drink the lady working was very rude and disrespectful when I was asking for a soda she told me to look for myself which I already did and was trying to explain to her when she just walked away. Then got to check out 4 people was in line before me she then takes a woman who was not in line and they continue to have a conversation another employee had to walk up to check us out and then she got rude with her because she needed her to make change. Room was clean not 5 star and toilet kept me awake almost the whole night running. I had to turn water off in order to get rest will not stay again

Grand Orlando resort at Celebration,Formerly Radisson Celebration. Went to check in and lost our reservation. No king size bed for our Valentines weekend. Nice and clean lobby. Parking was adequate and close to the room. Room maintained a funky odor. Beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast buffet, not worth $12.95. Convention center was average. Super nice warm pool for winter months. Cats fed on property and encouraged by guests. Probably to keep varmints away. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again, even for the convenience of a convention.

Beautiful place. Decent rooms. Absolutely wonderful staff. The service was amazing. Looked like they might be renovations underway or people loving their and that was an eyesore.

Set reservations about a month ago for my honeymoon. Called early to make sure I was booking the right room. We wanted something "romantic." We were going for three nights. Spend over $500. We were recommended a "business class room." Room was nice. As well as the staff. However, wasn't quite what we were looking for considering the price and it being our honeymoon. I talked to the manager on duty. He was very professional and accommodating to our needs. He upgraded us to a suite room. Now, the room was the exact same, just ground level. And it had an extra living room area, which wasn't really used. As generous as the manager was, and the staff, it just wasn't the room we were looking at getting for this particular occasion. The staff should get 4*, but it being my first stay I have to give a 3* for this.
