“ES UNA ESTAFA 😡 NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR!!!Ojalá pudiera darle cero estrellas. Reservé directamente en la página oficial de ellos, donde me pedían los datos de la tarjeta, bien. Cuando llegas al lugar te cobran el doble de lo que dice en Internet y estas obligado a pagar porque si cancelas te cobran el monto de la reserva ya que anteriormente ya colocaste los datos de la tarjeta. ES UNA ESTAFA, PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. El servicio es super decadente, groseros, ellos saben lo que están haciendo y nadie da la cara. Te exigen pago en efectivo porque "no aceptan pago con tarjeta". Exigimos que nos dieran una explicación por el aumento del precio y nos dijeron que era por "Impuestos" cuando en la reservacion dice "impuestos incluidos", exigimos factura fiscal y NO NOS DIERON FACTURA. Luego nos dijeron que el aumento era por "PAGO DE LIMPIEZA".Nos hicieron pasar el peor momento de nuestra estadía en RD, llegamos cansados en la noche y no podíamos tomar otra opción. Y no éramos los únicos, había otra familia con niños en la misma situación, ellos habían reservado por Booking. No ofrecen desayuno, las habitaciones son normales. Por ese monto habría reservado en un lugar mucho mejor.IT'S A SCAM 😡 DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I wish I could give it zero stars. “Really nice place but the front desk have bad rudeness attitude. We booked a apartment with 4 bed for 4 adults and a kid they extra charge us and they were forcing us to pay extra for the 4th bed that was included on the booking. We were shocked by his lack of professionalism and bad attitude towards an important matter such as hygiene and safety. We they told us that weren't right cause we were claiming for what we paid. I am ashamed that we stayed here and embarrassed that we blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID.”
